    @Shawhelp I've been keeping an eye out for updates on your website, and they're pretty scarce. I understand that the repairs will take time, but it would be nice to have something to reference. Even knowing what the issue is would help, right now your customers have nothing to go off.

    @Shawhelp Come on Shaw it 9pm I been resetting my modem all day, give me back my ******* wifi!, Every Saturday this happens, like seriously I'm getting tired of paying for a **** service, ******* overpricing me too, it getting too hard to keep up payment

    @Shawhelp An “outage alert” is not an explanation. Anyone here had any experience with @TELUS internet? Cause I’m ready to switch. Calling them today.
