@Shawhelp hey pls fix PVR issues in house and in app it plays for 3 seconds then vid freezes but audio keeps going, I’ve updated everything. It’s annoying AF thanks

  • Oiler_Country Alan Smithee (@Oiler_Country) reported

Hey @shawhelp, your two way verifications do not work on the my Shaw app. You have to use a PC in order for MFA to work. The apps work fine without mfa, but in this world you need mfa. Please fix it. Don’t suggest to call into your support line, your people there have no clue

  • PatWhite1984 ꧁༒•Pat White•༒꧂ (@PatWhite1984) reported

Hey @Shawhelp fix the freezing with Blue Curve. It’s supposed to make things BETTER. Not worse…..anyone else experiencing this?

  • RaquelH_07 Raquel (@RaquelH_07) reported

@Shawhelp went from pixelated tv/bad sound (but apps worked) to our Netflix movie cutting out with an error to tighten cables. Cables tightened. Same error message. Now we can’t access the apps. Service doesn’t come for two days. Beyond frustrated. 2nd time in less than a month.

  • PeterLepine Peter A. Lepine (@PeterLepine) reported

Update. Contacted Shaw technical support. They advise that my account won’t be fixed until at least Monday. Jesus. Rogers had a Canada-wide cellular meltdown a few months ago which they fixed in 24 hrs. Yet, Shaw can’t get around to fixing my internet for 5 days. @shawhelp

  • robedwards9910 Rob Edwards (@robedwards9910) reported

Hey @Shawhelp how come my wifi and TV connection drops every single day of the week now? Wifi probably 2-3 times a day and now my cable connection minimum once a week? Help.. #timefortelus

  • schroepferg2 Gerald's folly (@schroepferg2) reported

@joehagg @Shawhelp @ShawInfo Don't know why, but on my phone I have this intermittent issue with twitter. This despite blistering speeds on the modem. And yet, I turn off the wifi on my phone and BOOM, no problems.

  • PeterLepine Peter A. Lepine (@PeterLepine) reported

Well, over the course of 5 days & with the assistance of 7 tech support people & one service tech who visited my home, & countless “back end” people, my internet modem is finally activated. One special shout out to Jesse at @shawhelp who stuck with me until the problem was fixed

  • schroepferg2 Gerald's folly (@schroepferg2) reported

@Shawhelp Already did that. Using twitter from my MacBook to see if the issue pops up here as requested by the tech.
