Rick Alsop (@RickAlsop) reported@Shawhelp Says no outages on site but down detector says otherwise. I did call and can’t wait on hold for several hours for an automated reply.
-
Alex Deggs (@Alex_Deggs) reported@Shawhelp I have tried all before contacting you. Besides I have tried to login on different devices that I have never used my Rogers account on and it’s the same. Takes me back to login page. Is there somewhere I can be referred to for more help. My security cameras are super important

Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported@Shawhelp Thanks. I have been trying to use the chat since 9AM. The auto log out feature every 10 minutes is brutal when you have to hold for support for at least hours. The only reason I stayed with Shaw is because you have had better support than Telus, historically.

Les Stelmach 🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@LesIsMore1) reported@slackerman10 @Shawhelp Any company (telcos, banks, util, etc) whose phone line REGULARLY says “we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes” is just short-staffing. They are optimizing cost over service. What is the maximum tolerance for a customer, etc. it’s obviously worse for oligopoly

Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp Yes, the new TV box (#2) is running, however, without a cable, the signal sometimes cuts out - the Internet might be down or slow for a nanosecond. Our WiFi shows as being strong.

b ☾ (@brandobrennan) reported@Shawhelp No, the live chat people sent me to the phone number. I am trying to cancel my service as I have MOVED and no longer need my own internet. I don’t know if one single person is working the line, but this is ridiculous. Even in-store wouldn’t help me.
-
OC_2030 (@oc_2030_vision) reported@Shawhelp Still down. Trying a refresh of TVs. Prefer not to reboot xb7 as it takes down all of my security cams for 20 minutes
-
Don T Beakunt (@truebusterflash) reported3 ******* hours @Shawhelp of hold and chat only to be told to call back tomorrow because your system can’t book an appointment for more than 2 days out. BS! And then you have the nerve to call and try to sign me up for a new contact. **** that.

axishairsalons.com (@axishairsalons) reported@Shawhelp What good is feedback when small business owners can’t get help without sitting on hold for hours at a time?

Guy_Barnabe (@GuyBarnabe) reported@Shawhelp problems with ABC this morning in Winnipeg: XRE-031 37 This channel is temporarily unavailable…. Tried on multiple terminals and via Rogers watch-online website…
