    @Shawhelp -tried to use on line help. Getting pixelization only ony TSN / SNP / Golf channel. All other channels fine. Disconnected canle/power 2-3 times. This has been going on for over two weeks! How can I get a tech out or how do I fix this problem?

    Holy @Shawhelp chat support is brutal. How can it be that multiple chats within the same day only have one play in their playbook. Yes Karen, I can unplug the modem for a minute. No, you haven’t solved my problem.
