Day 4 of no internet because @ShawInfo won't come down to fix it. Called me after my scheduled appointment to tell me the guy "called in sick". This is ridiculous and awful service. Such a joke

@ShawInfo is a joke. A UFC fight I never ordered showed up on my PVR. Called right away & was told I wouldn’t be charged. Bill comes & I’ve been charged & told there is nothing that can be done. This is after I cancelled my crave & continued to be charged & nothing was done.

@PegFrenchy @Shawhelp I find their email program absolute shite! Constantly having issues while trying to run it on various platforms like Microsoft office, mobile app and even directly. Just lost 2 days, again! Going all Gmail now.

@Shawhelp I know this isn't a Shaw issue, but I'm perplexed. We subscribe to Disney+, and supposedly, the movie "Nomadland" began its availability on Disney+ yesterday. It's not there- at least not on my Disney+. Could it be a regional thing?

@Shawhelp When I moved to Shaw, against my request, the tech installed all wireless set tops rather then connecting the existing cat5 runs. Your wireless service can't handle my work from home needs now, I need these connections hardwired. Not a difficult request.

@shawhelp is there an outage in Archwood area of Winnipeg? since switching from gateway to Bluecurve two weeks ago, I have had two outages already!
