    After filing the complaint, Shaw called me. They sent a technician who found that the modem hadn't been properly installed and the configuration risked over heating and burning out. Hence some difficulties. But it was @Shawhelp who installed it this way. Whoops!

    @Shawhelp you wouldn't happen to know the phone number for Telus digital would you? I cannot deal with these Blue Curve service drops when both my wife and I are working out of the house.

    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp can you explain why when I request a call back , I get put back on hold for 20 mins??? This is ridiculous. Need business help and have no patience for this **** service / wifi.

    NOT getting the service I'm paying for, you are doing nothing to fix it. You *will* let us out of the contract with NO penalty & U *will* negotiate with @ShawHelp for a superb deal & U *will* be at my house in a fat hurry to remove your equipment so that Shaw can install theirs.

    @Shawhelp my bluecurve modem keeps rebooting itself. Issue started last night. 3 times today. Unplugged and plugged back in hoping to resolve issue. Did not work. I am not in ranchlands (prior outage)
