@Shawhelp I live in Nelson B.C. For at least 12 months I’ve had continuous blackouts and issues with Shaw. Numerous technicians visiting and telling me that I only have one third of a signal. They say that the problem is up the street?! Why has this not been fixed?

My grandfather just moved, and has been getting ****** around by Shaw. They've missed or cancelled 4 install time slots. Nothing they can do. Maybe they'll be there Saturday, they say. Maybe not. Pretty unhappy with the service, @Shawhelp.

@ShawInfo @CRTContactUs so we get an inv & amount is up on our contract amount due to phone increase they say but inv shows phone customer appreciation has lessened. Does that mean they value us less as customers or they’re just sneaky about changing contract?

@ShawInfo your online renewals are broken. Followed link in email, log in, choose plan and checkout. Checkout then shows empty. Tried 3 different browsers, fix this please

@Shawhelp trying to log in on a trusted AND previously used device and getting two step verification code that will not accept any code given. Attempted on different browsers and still get the text but unable to hit the blue sign in after entering. Browsers are updated

@Shawhelp We are paying for 1GB internet and the speed has never gone above 275MB. Fix this now and refund the money we have spent to date for 1GB. ACCOUNT 099-0110-9767
