-
Sabastien Obi Onyemaobi (@ObiOnyemaobi) reported@Shawhelp This does not explain how a multi-billion dollar corporation, with customers province-wide, does not have a plan in place for network redundancy in the event of a catastrophe. Redundancy is a must in the ISP world, especially to avoid these types of issues.

porygon (@sc2019de) reportedI would recommend that all Canadians avoid @ShawInfo ’s internet service. In a pandemic requiring WFH, their Blue Curve crashed and cannot be repaired until Saturday. I would lose my job. I am seeking alternate internet arrangements.
-
Joen (@_J_o_e_n_) reported@Shawhelp customers welcome to the ********. Expect longer wait times and **** customer service since @RogersHelps bought Shaw. #fuckrogers
-
Trevor (@TDogg83) reported@Shawhelp @PatrickSelby3 @shawhelp why should we have to request a service credit? We have been without connection for 31 hours now. We should expect to see it on our billing statement to reflect the outage
-
Robyn (@robynks) reported@Shawhelp Completely unacceptable, and your website doesn't indicate an ETA as to when we can expect services back online. High rates and poor service from you guys time and time again.
-
Closetag (@closetag) reported@Shawhelp will it be more, “working on it”, “no ETA but a few more hours” then “Good night, see ya tomorrow!” from Shaw for Langley customers without service for a second night? Gonna be hard to get a Telus install appt with everyone leaving at this point.

Jozef S (@jozef_smith) reported@Shawhelp I don’t think you can blame this on hydro anymore, powers back on. pretty ridiculous this is how fragile your network is. Without internet for over 24hr now.
