    @ShawInfo why does your customer service suck so bad? Every time I asked to speak to a manager I get out on hold for hours while they search for someone. Great way to treat customers.

    @Shawhelp everyday and there is no proper response, no timeline and no solution at all. I’m very frustrated as I have no internet from 10 days. I think I have made mistake of shifting to Shaw from Telus and now I need to go back to Telus

    @ShawInfo we’ve had issues w our tv freezing briefly, screen goes black & show comes back on. Happened on our old tv, now the new one. Had techs out, box checked. Approx 30 other ppl in my area are experiencing the same thing. What’s going on? This has gone on for ages..
