    @Shawhelp Spenser, I’d rather have my service restored in a timely manner. Considering my next door neighbour’s repair is happening tomorrow morning, not sure why I have to wait 4 days??

    @Shawhelp I'm getting a lot of artifacting on TV this morning on every channel on multiple TVs. Tried restarting main BlueCurve box, but has not resolved it. Are you aware of any issues?

    @FreedomMobile way to help Canada out during the pandemic by outsourcing all your call center Jobs to Egypt Is @ShawInfo doing the same thing on there side of thing? Also why have they been instructed not to transfer calls to Canada and to say no and be as difficult as possible?

    @Shawhelp Internet & TV down since last eve. Soonest you can send support I was told is Thursday????? I hope you will also reduce my billing cycle by the 4+ days of ZERO service. And you can expect my bill for 4 days of lost wages as I can’t work without this service.
