    @Shawhelp Unable to connect to internet. I moved into a new place a week ago, I been using my roommate's wifi with no problem until yesterday afternoon. Both cell and laptop can connect to wifi, but it's not connected to internet, but my roommate can use wifi no problem.

    @Shawhelp I received a renewal offer, but held on it for the time being. They saved it to my file and said I could call back to get it anytime. Now being told it's not available and my same services will cost $25 more/month. What is the best way forward before I cancel?

    Hey @Shawhelp ! I pay a ton for NHL Center Ice and the feed keeps freezing. Fix it or @TELUSsupport will when I switch.

    @Shawhelp I was on a call to Shaw for an hour yesterday and the issue couldn’t be resolved. A technician came today and said that VOD was out but he would let us know when it was back up and running.

    @Shawhelp 4 years as a shaw customer and I upgrade to Fibre+ only to find out port forwarding is basically not possible anymore. Tech support said they won't help. Very unimpressed.
