@ShawInfo - can you please let your customers in Richmond BC know that you’re having internet issues. It’s four evenings in a row now that we’re experiencing unstable connectivity and we’re tired of it.
@Shawhelp what kind of customer service is this . I chose your call back option and you called me back as I was the next caller. I’ve been on hold now for 45 minutes..
@Marissanochill @Shawhelp Tweet what happened to Shawhelp or Shaw in general, they asked me to DM them and got it all figured out very fast! Alternatively you could go on hold for 2 hours and they should be able to do it over the phone. Don't go into the KP store, they won't help and just rebook you.
Mostly I’m just doing this to see if anyone is even monitoring the @shawhelp @shawinfo twitter account. Seeing as that’s one of the ways they tell you to seek support. I’m gonna go with no. No people. And prolly a busted algorithm.
I’m just gonna keep rage tweeting about how awful @shawinfo @shawhelp customer service is until someone picks up the damn phone. 20+ minutes on hold. For a callback (the thing so you don’t have to hold). Unreal. Hire more people. This is atrocious.
So 2 senior @TELUS technicians spent 2 hours at the house AND the sound problem still not fixed. I think this is visit number 6!My frustration level is at an all time high. Returning to Shaw is looking more appealing @TELUSsupport @ShawInfo
Kudos to the individual running the @Shawhelp account. Someone at @ShawInfo completely messed up my account setup and I lost service. @Shawhelp calmly fixed all the issues and dealt with my frustrations. Thank you for the help even though this shouldn’t have happened!!
