    @Shawhelp I think it worked! I left the cab box unplugged for longer, and completely unscrewed/reconnected the coaxial cables. Thanks for the help!

    @ShawInfo All three off my boxes are down. (No IP) NO Signal. A obvious external line problem and the best you can do is send a TECH out 3 days from now? I have no TV and your chat guy is giving me attitude! Are you kidding me? Where is your customer service? @MrComplaintBox

    @Shawhelp Is there something wrong with the signal from CTV Saskatoon? For at least a month, the picture has been freezing and pixelating, and the audio cuts out when that happens. It's nearly impossible to watch some days.
