@Shawhelp I live in Nelson B.C. For at least 12 months I’ve had continuous blackouts and issues with Shaw. Numerous technicians visiting and telling me that I only have one third of a signal. They say that the problem is up the street?! Why has this not been fixed?

@ShawInfo @CRTContactUs so we get an inv & amount is up on our contract amount due to phone increase they say but inv shows phone customer appreciation has lessened. Does that mean they value us less as customers or they’re just sneaky about changing contract?

Called @Shawhelp tonight for help with my elderly aunt’s cable. Nothing critical. I feel bad I didn’t catch the name of the rep. He was calm, confident, patient, knowledgeable, empathetic. Within a minute I knew he’d fix our issue and he did better than that.
