@Shawhelp Hi, I'm tweeting directly because no one seems to be checking the DMs. I'm in NE Calgary, the wi-fi suddenly cut out during a video call, but the 5G network seems to be working fine. There has been problems like this for an entire week now, is there a reason for this?

We have @ShawInfo internet and cable. Nearly everyday we have problems accessing TV channels in the morning. Somedays the internet cuts out every 10-15 mins for what seems like the entire day. I have to disconnect and unplug everything almost everyday 1/ #yeg #t8n

@ShawInfo Woweee almost a whole week with cable but alas another epic fail for Shaw - watching news on my cellphone is now the norm. Why am I paying for cable?
