    Just cause I’m still keeping score, the @ShawInfo @Shawhelp outage is now at 4 hours. You’d think at this point they’d have an actual statement or ETA on when they expect it to be back. 4 hours is a major outage.

    @Shawhelp No internet and no TV. Looks like this has been going on for 5 hours. How has this issue not been fixed? I bet @telus isn't having these issues in the area I live.

    5 hours now since the @shawinfo @Shawhelp outage and still no official explanation or ETA for restoring vital services for people. They need a whole new comms department at this rate.

    @Shawhelp when’s the issue in SE Edmonton going to be resolved, I missed my classes today and I am not looking to miss them tomorrow
