    Seriously? A ******* garbage truck accidentally tore down my internet/tv cable and now @ShawInfo is telling me it's gonna be a week, maybe less, to get it fixed

    @ShawTVNational so after being a customer for 20+ years it means nothing to Shaw. After an hour and a half with your shaw assist online And waited a whole day for a callback From your escalation department also messaged on Twitter and no response. @Shawhelp

    @Shawhelp Hi. Do the Shaw WiFi pods have a contract? I'm considering upgrading my internet and getting some to try cover dead spots in my house, but don't want to keep paying for them if they don't help.
