Brett Jacobsem (@Brettzke) reported@Shawhelp been in chat for 51 mins so far. Finally we've established the modem, (installed by a tech), is too far away from the source. Online customer service isnt being helpful. Trying to sell me a modem, or bring a tech in, but not answer whether the tech fee is waived.

Low resolution, compression artifacts, dropped frames, etc. Meanwhile it’s shot in 4K HDR and is being presented as such by @BBC in the UK.
