    @Shawhelp our internet has been very choppy and cuts out through the day the last 4 days... I reset the router Saturday night but that didn’t help. Anything else I can try?

    @Shawhelp I was doing it online, that is problem, why asks from the pin that should be used through phone? Can it do single sign on with the myshaw app or even just ask me to login with credentials and MFA. I don't mind that
