@BrowntoBure @TELUSsupport @Shawhelp S'alright. Only thing I'll say is when power goes out or I have to move a cable box, the system goes down and stays down. Gotta call them and get them to reset something on their side. Been three times doing this now. Channels, picture clarity, menus are all good tho

@Shawhelp I've lived in 3 different locations while I've been a customer with you as well, none in old neighbourhoods/houses, so I can't figure out why your services are always so poor. I keep upgrading my package and spending more for garbage service.

@Shawhelp Having connection issues over last couple months throughout house. Constantly having to change WiFi Channels. Would think this is required with internet 500.
