@Shawhelp no internet for over 8 days is a little unacceptable. No help but wait for over a week for a tech as they’re sold out online. #horribleservice

Dear @ShawInfo, first you force me to get a new ISP, because you would not replace my broken router in a timely manner. This led to $2,000 in losses to me. Then you wouldn’t let me drop off my equipment. Instead, it traveled by > 100 km by mail, to be delivered 4 km from my home.

@Shawhelp Can you confirm you are working on this? I’m not talking about the TSN blackout I am talking about NHL Centre I’ve which we pay extra for and should be able to watch the game on. It says no program scheduled which is wrong.

And now they’ve got me on constant reboot. It’s almost as if they’re doing it maliciously because @ShawInfo knows that they’ve finally lost me as a customer.

@Shawhelp Yea, it was great, They got a technician to hand deliver a BlueCurve TV box. Set it up, worked for 3 minutes. Now I have to wait for a technician to "fix it", now it's Kernel looping. What a painful upgrade this was.
