    @ColleenDFitz @ShawInfo @Shawhelp No worries. I did my own installation and it was a cinch. Removing 100' of coaxial cable was the tough part. I did spend about 20 minutes on the phone with a CSR about channels that I was not supposed to be getting, but I usually use Twitter DM's with them. Ask if you need help.

    Hey @Shawhelp, I can't get the @Netflix app to work on my #BluecurveTV. It says entering 3rd party app but doesn't connect. Worked fine last night. Suggestions for a fix?

    @Shawhelp - service completely down in Airdrie. No TV, phone or internet. And yes I checked the outage page, no there’s nothing there.
