    @Shawhelp Sent a DM. I'm not sure why the payment didn't go thru as I sent it via same bank account the month before with no issues.

    @Shawhelp What happened to your support team? I've worked in IT for over 15 years and dealing with T1 service on the website was painful. Getting stuck on one part of the "script" and refusing to go outside of that was awful. Didn't even ask what I tried. Yikes.
