    @Shawhelp HTTP ERROR 502 Problem accessing ZCS upstream server. Cannot connect to the ZCS upstream server. Connection is refused. Possible reasons: upstream server is unreachable upstream server is currently being upgraded upstream server is down Can't access email.

    @Shawhelp @Navonod123 Any info now? My internet is through a reseller of yours and they told me "there is currently a known issue in the area...and they are actively working to resolve the issue". Do you have an ETA on when this will be resolved? Shaw should be more transparent.
