Jake (@failb8) reportedHad to chat in with CS to be told why it’s down (they’re replacing hardware, apparently). Again, no warning about this or anything. Apparently Shaw thinks nobody stays awake past midnight. Please do better with notifying customers of seemingly planned outages @Shawhelp.

Every time I call tech support they have no notes about my previous calls and we start over. TV service is still unwatchable. How can I get what I’m paying for?😐
