    @Shawhelp internet just went down.. unplugged my modem and plugged it back in but it just blinks a green light (doesn't go solid white). Is there a known issue?

    @Shawhelp No updates and still no service (phone, internet and tv) since 8:00 PM last night. What kind of compensation is available for customers? And no updates! Ps: safety issue as no ability to use 911 by phone!!!!

    @Shawhelp @SIMRETDHILLON Today is the first workday of the year and with folks, working from home would be nice to have one more update on this. Last night when I spoke to the customer service agent they did say the fix is going to be longer than usual as a fiber line was cut. Please post a ETA
