Dave (@Danrek77) reported@Shawhelp No timeline, no email confirmation, and I’m not a new customer. I’m being billed for 2 gigabit now, without the hardware for it. I am hesitant to send this beat up box back without knowing I will be getting hardware to actually use the service

Quinn Mason MD (@boondocksdoc) reported@Shawhelp @Shawhelp unfortunately no widespread outage on your site and no alert banner in my app under my account. Trying to access troubleshooting just continues a never ending loop of selecting your device then a page that bounces back to select your device. Not user friendly.

Shari O'Neill (@ShariONeill12) reported@Shawhelp So you can't just put the effort in right now and let me know? Thanks. Horrible customer service.

Bella Bee (@SmileyYYC) reported@shawhelp 50 minutes on support, getting transferred to 3 agents. And still no answers. Damn how I wish y’all didn’t merge with #Rogers

Les Stelmach 🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@LesIsMore1) reported@slackerman10 @Shawhelp Any company (telcos, banks, util, etc) whose phone line REGULARLY says “we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes” is just short-staffing. They are optimizing cost over service. What is the maximum tolerance for a customer, etc. it’s obviously worse for oligopoly

🌼🍄Shelby Lou Who🍄🌼 (@shelbyae) reportedI love when @Shawhelp has random outages before their scheduled maintenance outages. But since I’m not technically a Roger’s customer, their customer service can’t help/notify of the outage 🙄
-
Alex Deggs (@Alex_Deggs) reported@Shawhelp I have tried all before contacting you. Besides I have tried to login on different devices that I have never used my Rogers account on and it’s the same. Takes me back to login page. Is there somewhere I can be referred to for more help. My security cameras are super important

Jennifer & Devina “The Ginja Ninja” 🇨🇦❤️🇺🇦 (@JenniferKingsb6) reportedHey @Shawhelp , those of us in Port Moody/Coquitlam who are now at nearly 12+ hours without service(s) will be looking for a credit on our next bill! And whomever’s responsible for the outage should be penalized.
