    Legit so fkn angry at @Shawhelp and their lack of customer service - ruining my business revenue and making this a god damn headache I guess they’re checked out from @Rogers I don’t have time to do the Cx service BS every time this does down / lose upload connection. FIX IT

    @FrustrationIsle @Shawhelp I understand how you feel I too was having this issue few days ago but thanks to @Recoverytech100 on Instagram he was the one who came to my aid the support was unable to help instead they auto responded to my complaint

    @Shawhelp I've already had the technician out this morning, that's why it's fixed. Your technicians are super awesome. But your chat support is not. They would not have sent a technician over had I not insisted. Thanks for following up.
