@DustinMorris13 @Shawhelp Telus does that all the time too and it’s so frustrating. Had I known they were giving you issue I would have given them what for on your behalf Dustin. I bet they do it on purpose so you have to buy the more expensive package

@Shawhelp Thanks for your help, I did the speed test and it is averaging way below than what we have I believe. It was averaging 61. Our package states Business Internet 75 upgraded. Does that mean we should be getting at least 75?

@Shawhelp good morning! I am hearing some things on the local Tech show that switching my phone carrier to Shaw is a really good idea.(especially if you are already a Shaw customer.) But do you have phones as well? I would like a new phone as well...🤔
