As proof to @Shawhelp being the issue with TSN4K cutting out early during games. Did not air the Austria/Germany game in 4k because the start time changed. Did air Raptors game on TSN4k not in 4k in the original scheduled spot for hockey.

@Sportsnet @ShawInfo I would think that perhaps a cable provider and a sports network could figure this stuff out rather than make a customer feel they are being taken advantage of. If the game is not available to me then do not list it on channels that are in my subscription package.

@Shawhelp I asked earlier this week why the TSN 4K channel keeps cutting out at exactly 8PM (MST) time for the World Junior games. The response I got was that it was a TSN issue. I checked with TSN and they are broadcasting the games in full in 4K until the end of each game.

@Shawhelp Thank you for your reply, Kyle. I have to say my patience is wearing very thin, considering this is just one of many problems I’ve had since switching (not by choice) to blue curve. Let’s hope at least this can be fixed before the next game.

@Calgaryman1 @Shawhelp I just chatted in and they couldn’t help me cause they “migrated” to a new system even though my phone number and email is on the account they didn’t have my name on the account. Terrible service! Telus has a better line for the same price we are paying.
