    @Shawhelp Our internet has been dropping for the last 2 weeks and you won't give us a credit on our account, and we still have to wait til the end of the week for a tech to get out here to try to fix it. Can't wait for our contract to be up so we can switch providers.

    @Shawhelp Just sent a you a DM, trying to hook up our new TV box but can’t access any channels and the only online chat is with sales, not technical support. Already tried refreshing the channels with no luck.

    This is literally ridiculous.... I have my ps5 hardwired to my router and the internet still drops... clearly it’s not cause the wifi🙄 I’m losing full with this dog water company, like theyre so free, boxed like a fish, no thumbs type ****. @ShawInfo

    @ShawInfo is honestly the worst company. I cancelled my shaw cause their service was garbage and they refused to fix my cable stating that "its your fault its saying bad gateway". So I cancelled and switched to telus.
