  @Shawhelp Hi there, BlueCurve TV is cutting in and out in Edmonton (not in area listed as having an outage on your website though). We've done the troubleshooting so am thinking there may be another outage? Tried phoning first but the automated phone system told me to message you- thanks!

  @ShawInfo reception has been really bad, unwatchable lately. Tried the reboots etc. Sometimes it’s better for a while, then back to bad again soon after.

  @NickPaisano @Shawhelp This is happening way too often. I am tired of the send us a dm trouble ticket, have you tried the trouble shooting steps BS. It is clear these are wide area outages not individual subscriber issues.

  @ChopSpider @Shawhelp I’m in downtown Edmonton. Every single channel on my Shaw tv is freezing tonight. My Internet is also very patchy. I’m so sick of the crappy Shaw internet. It’s patchy and slow most days.

  @Shawhelp @Shawhelp tv is freezing up again in the Namao, county of sturgeon area, just like it was 2 days ago on the last area wide outage around edmonton. Exactly why do u guys have such regular and ongoing service issues. Please fix it
