    @Shawhelp It’s back now. Any idea what would be driving sporadic outages? My Google home router app is saying that it’s the internet that was down, not the router , but modem shows all green lights

    @Shawhelp Hi. Do the Shaw WiFi pods have a contract? I'm considering upgrading my internet and getting some to try cover dead spots in my house, but don't want to keep paying for them if they don't help.

    @Zach_Fleisher @Shawhelp @ShawInfo I had some strange problems over the past couple days: No overall bandwidth problems (Zoom meetings and Netflix streaming smoothly), but some problems with sites taking forever to load (DNS problems?)

    @Shawhelp Hi there can you confirm whether TV service is down in Vancouver False Creek? The service update link you sent yesterday for internet service doesn’t reflect Lower Mainland outage today but I’m not getting any cable signal according to my TV

    Hey @shawhelp 24ish hours later and channel 506 Stingray Retro is still out of synch. The video is 3-4 full seconds ahead of the audio. No other channels, not my problem, not going to unplug or reset or give you an account. I will DM you an area code to narrow it down.

    @Shawhelp Business internet is out in building on west Hastings, Vancouver for almost an hour. Support call had no details on outage or timeframe, said there’s no status page for business either. Is there a way to get updates without sitting on hold for 30 minutes?

    @Shawhelp I’ve been trying to get help for issues with my Shaw WiFi. I’ve tried using the Shaw Chat - am waiting (have been waiting for 10+mins) to be connected with next available agent. Tried calling Shaw and wait time is approx 1hour 8mins!! This is terrible customer service!
