    Good chat with @Shawhelp today when we reported the Rogers/Shaw login portal was not working. At last check web site was “down for maintenance ”.

    @Shawhelp Maybe, but I haven’t been happy since the crossover of Shaw and Rogers merged. Service isn’t as good.

    @Shawhelp There has to be more urgent help available? My internet will be out for 40 hours by the time an agent will come to fix! That’s unacceptable. Two employment incomes depend on this as we work from home. This is ridiculous. I’m thinking about canceling at the end of my contract

    @Shawhelp I was in the queue and then the page crashed …after being number 79. Seriously disappointed in service decline lately.

    @Shawhelp my internet has been out for almost 3 hours now. I’ve tried to get ahold of support but it kept cutting out. I finally got through to someone and they’re making me wait until tomorrow to send someone out to fix. Please help!
