@Shawhelp What’s the point of a DM if you don’t respond? I did last night at 8:30 because I didn’t have internet or cable. I didn’t hear a word until this morning telling me there are no outages. Well there was an outage and it came back at about 10:30 PM. Your service is ridiculous

Looking at homes in Rundle and Beverly Heights in Edm. No Telus. What is @shawcable like over there. Dont want to have to call @Shawhelp . Come on #Yeg lets start calling out these internet providers if they offer horrible service #ShawCommunications #ShawCable

Unbelievable. My cable went out, so I called @ShawInfo only to discover they no longer have 24/7 support. I couldn’t reach anyone until 7 AM. This will likely be the last straw to make me pull the plug on Shaw. With half the country working from home, what a stupid move.

@Shawhelp Internet down for the 3rd time in 4 days. Over 10 accumulated hours and increasing of no service at all. The fix your techinican does each time takes 5 minutes, but you make me wait 4 days?????
