@Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp We have Telus and the customer service is a struggle. Waiting two hours to get through or get a call back. I know Telus has a great customer retention dept . Try calling Telus

@Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp I *** a smokin deal from Telus for all services. High speed internet, Optik TV, phone and security. Plus free Prime, Netflix and Crave almost 2yrs ago. Shaw customer for ever before. Customer service is ok. Once you wait or get a call back they solve stuff well. Do it.

@tdsin1974 @Shawhelp It’s a blue sky issue. When the blue sky button is pressed to talk to it then ut freezes. The only way then to use the remote is to unplug the box. 🙁

@Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Does it do that on every single TV or just one? Also when you say you need to 'unplug the box' is that just the little box or have you tried to cold reboot the main router? I find mine gets laggy at times and voice command/pvr sucks I have to hard reboot the main box.

@Shawhelp That’s not helpful when the outage happens and it takes 6 hours to update your website. Oh and btw your website still shows there’s an outage even tho the issue is now resolved. Great work 👍 very impressed.
