@Shawhelp No, the issue is not on my side, I now installed the myshaw app on my phone and it shows exactly the same bs in the app as it does in a browser on my computer. Fix the issue, not tell me to DM you just so you quietly deal with it on a one on one basis

@Shawhelp @hartreef_singh actually..nothing can be found and contacted shaw is useless as after doing everything possible online, I called and waited 2 hours only to have a rep that knew less than I did..as usual a shaw shitshow..worst service anywhere\in any company

Spent 20 minutes+ with Shaw cable asking them to convert, one time, my monthly bill to Jpeg or png format as needed that format for another account. Nope, your problem. They are so useless. @Shawhelp Service has been not great at this location, tv goes down often, then reboot
