    @Shawhelp Outages in Salmon Arm? My internet and TV has gone off constantly yesterday and today. Feel like I'm paying way too much for a service that is barely working right now.

    @kirst_alyssa I find it not much different than the Telus I recently switched from ... EXCEPT @Shawhelp @ShawInfo sold me #FIBRE300.. and did NOT install fibre equipment in my home.. It's COAX, not Fibre. And I never get CLOSE to 300.

    @Shawhelp This has been going on for months. I have spent hours in the phone. Days. Weeks and months have gone by sbd not one person has fixed my issue.

    @TheJourneyGenie @freespiritus @Shawhelp Same issue. Prices rise. Had days with poor or no service but still expected to pay. My internet speed is pathetic but I'm paying for higher speeds. Telus?
