    @Gojetsgo8 @ShawInfo These are signal attenuators, not "speed reducers" removing them will at best do nothing, and at worst, reduce your speed, unless you have a low signal at your modem. They have much better/easier ways to reduce your speed than with a $2 chunk of cable hardware.

    One week. 3 outages in a week with #shaw @Shawhelp. Had them out on multiple occasions but clearly issue isn't on my end. Trying to get work done and they're making my life very difficult right now. So frustrating.

    @Shawhelp seriously the whole town of Wawa has no internet and you keep telling everyone no outage...terrible service...why does this keep happening?

    @Shawhelp It's been blank for most of the show now. On going issue with this particular station that I have reported for years. Nothings ever been fixed.

    @Shawhelp I'm getting so tired and frustrated at this! Iiterally can barely do anything. I called. They done a trouble shoot. 12 hours later same bloody thing! We done everything we could on our end. Its so close to dail up rn! 😤

    @Guinness_kel @Shawhelp I’ve had glitching, freezing, pixelation on BlueCurve since November. Several techs out. They call head office and say it’s a known issue. Clearly something Shaw can’t or won’t fix. Streaming apps work fine, only BlueCurve boxes.

    Question for @Shawhelp - why is it that commercials play smoothly and without a hitch on Shaw, but the actual broadcast show stalks, jumps, freezes or just disappears entirely? Commercials? Not a problem.

    @Shawhelp No thanks.. I am not going to unplug another box or disconnect the coax cable. I am not letting another tech cut an inch off the coax and replace the connector again. This is on every PVR in the house. Fix the problem in Braeside. It is not in the house
