    @Shawhelp I have two boxes connected and it is the same seven channels on both boxes. The only thing on that page that might help is bypassing the splitter - but would the splitter affect only seven channels? (HD - I didn't check the pointless SD channels)

    @GlobalNational Our business internet by @ShawInfo is down because of this and the earliest they can send a tech is June 7th? The fire was at 7 hours ago. Fire/EMS can be here on the spot. But Shaw can’t get a tech to fulfill their contractual service obligations to us until June 7th? Joke.

    @Shawhelp No resyto DM's after several hours. Self help can't help. Chat results in more loops and canned responses.
