    @Shawhelp I shouldn't have to reach out. To me it's shady that I have to call you or reach out. You know where and when the outages are! You should offer these compensations as good business practice to make up for the LACK of service. This is not a 1 off situation this happens EVERY month

    @Shawhelp I’ve had Shaw products for less than a month, 2 modems, neither work WTF?!? Refund time!!!

    Not impressed with @ShawInfo decrease in customer support. Maybe looking into changing when the contract is up.

    @Shawhelp Having trouble with my cable. My two TVs are just black, but the guide still shows with program info and internet seems to be ok. Any ideas why? Thx

    @Shawhelp It's not an account issue. The fibre+ gateway 2 doesnt allow port forwarding thru the IP like most modems. It directs you to the app, which is hit or miss showing devices that are connected. Port forwarding should take 5 minutes. Forwarding by device is silly
