another day with no internet from @Shawhelp @ShawInfo. Customer for 20 years and they can't be bothered to come for 10 days to fix it. Do you work from home? How well could you work with no internet for 10 days? Look for another provider so you don't get caught I did. #noservice

10 days to get a service tech from @shaw @ShawInfo. 10 days with no internet. If your family needs internet every day of the week then you should consider another provider. #poorservice #internet #lookelsewhere
