    @ShawInfo has been calling me everyday like a crazy ex boyfriend begging me to renew with them but my wifi is always down or something is wrong with my cable. Yet prices have gone up? How does this make any sense? I think it’s time for a break. It’s not me it’s definitely you.

    @DavidHartwick_ @Shawhelp I switched to Telus SOLELY because of the disgusting customer service from Shaw. A 25 year customer and was treated condescendingly and extremely rudely. I was shocked. They do NOTHING for their loyal customers and I’m happily paying more now .

    @Shawhelp I’m currently without internet, missing a prof acred exam that started mins ago. closer to failing every min, cuz I have no access to internet. No outages showing on site, but your bot chat claims outage. Can’t reach an agent. On hold. No way to get updates. Seriously?

    @Shawhelp @big_fan2019 I have bluecurve high speed and I was having the same issues. Please fix your cloud pvr skipping issues. Lots of complaints on your web site. Hard to watch football games when the recording skips 5 minutes. I miss key plays
