-
db (@racing_flamingo) reported@Shawhelp I can power cycle the modem without waiting for you to tell me to do that, that's about all Shaw tech support does anyway.
-
Suzanne 🦓🧬 (@sc_indomitable) reported@Shawhelp Oh, we still are having the experience. No service since yesterday. Tech walked out saying he was getting a ladder & 2nd person. Never came back. Hung up on 2x by customer service after asking for a supervisor (2nd time could hear super in the background telling him to hang up).

Cayleb (@FRAPnation) reported@Shawhelp There a service outage in mission bc ? DNS unavailable

Wendi Neumann (@wenneu) reported@JenniferGurke @ShawInfo Horrible decision…we were without internet and TV for 2 weeks. We had been MTS users for over 50 years. They had no idea when it would be fixed…called Shaw..got hooked up the next day and cheaper. And we live in the city!
-
RayK (@RayK1990) reported@JenniferGurke @ShawInfo One of the happiest days of my life was taking the MTS modem to the post office to mail it back to them. Too many issues to list. Valley Fiber since. Better service, no issues, cheaper. No question.
-
Attila Fur (@Sp3llfyre) reported@Shawhelp Are there any issues on the NW side of Edmonton? Connection has been choppy for a few days and speedtest DL rate jumps from 50-300 Mbps when I tested it.
-
Heinola Nerd (@oceanidiot) reported@JenniferGurke @ShawInfo Speed test that connection once it’s installed. I had BMTS for a an hour before I canceled the service. Was less than@half of what they promised.
-
Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp We've had to reset our Arris modem to factory settings after a week of poor or no Internet. Problem is when we renamed our regular network, it gave the same name to our 5g network & we can't change it, even after logging out & back into Arris.
-
Matt (@DoorMatt95) reported@JenniferGurke @ShawInfo Bell MTS is terrible….you get what you pay for. Customer service hours are very limited. Bills are a ******* mess of gibberish and when you cancel be prepared to get a bill in the mail 2-3 months later saying you still owe money and that it’s gone to collections

smtorsch (@smtorsch) reported@Shawhelp Is it normal to have to power cycle your cable boxes a few time a week in order for them to work? What about when your PVR recordings refuse to play? I mean, the box apologizes for the inconvenience, but I'm not sure that's enough. Any help?
