@Shawhelp Raising my Internet and Cable package $684 annually for exactly the same package and telling me I have to sign a two year commitment or it goes up $1784 annually is just some fantastic customer service. Loyal customer for years but time to switch to Telus

@Shawhelp I'm spoken to your tech support many many time and they can't help me. Your custom service will not help. Maybe time to speak to @TELUSsupport or @Bell_Support would help me on a New Client Account! #shaw

@Shawhelp My internet service hasn't been the most consistent recently. Also, I've been feeling somewhat worried about the security of my router as I've gotten a few notifications from several devices saying out is network is not secure.
