@Shawhelp nothing like having your scheduled tech show up, tell you he doesn't have time for you, and leave. Superb customer service there. No word from anyone as to when we'll have our service (that was cut off earlier than our scheduled upgrade) restored.

@Shawhelp Hi the tv modem we have isn’t working though and we are on Shaw. The tv goes on and off all through the night yesterday and this morning. So if you could fix it I would appreciate it very much.

Don’t waste time with @ShawInfo. Can’t or won’t help you with account issues. Uses your password to hand out to friends and family. In the span of 2 months I’ve had to delete over 60 Ip-Coam ****** relating to my account they could not explain or help getting rid.

@Shawhelp Since you wouldn’t help run even a 100+ CAT5 cable from a modem that is located in the dining room/living room of a house to somewhere downstairs in one of the rooms that I have via a tech call. I can say this employment opportunity goodbye 👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾

Well, @koodo's so-called "help" system is even more brain-dead than @Shawhelp's. If you *FINALLY* get to the point of getting it to pass the call to an agent, and then mention *ANYTHING* that it thinks it has in it's puny database, it cancels the agent call ... 1/2

@Shawhelp it would be helpful if outages were actually posted to the website. It's literally NEVER accurate. Annoying to wait on hold or live chat for 30 min for tech support to be told thers outage

@Shawhelp my internet has been badly lagging on every mw2 server I play but tech support is pretty useless and the modems that the tech give always over heat. Not acceptable Ayo @TELUSsupport when you putting down pure fibre in my area
