    @ShawInfo a tech came to switch our cable boxes and modem over to the newer editions and I’ve never had worse internet before. I’ve been battling with the modem for over an hour and now I’m using data in my own home

    @Shawhelp your “tech support” needs more training because how is it that I’m always fixing things myself? I need a technician to come tomorrow to switch my modem back to the old one.
