Peter (@pfak) reported@KoorikiFox @Shawhelp YIKES! Such sloppy work! I'm a Shaw customer, so they're only really wasting time for themselves. The installer also left both my fence gates open. I phoned them up, and responded to Twitter DM. Not sure if they're going to send someone out today, but they said they'd try.

D McManus (@mcmanus17) reported@Shawhelp our non pvr cable box is showing CC71 error. This happened at the end of October and an offsite tech was able to fix it. Tried chat yesterday and they insisted it could only be fixed by an on-site tech.

Installation went smooth without problems except for: The old 300 mbs device had 4 ethernet connectors but the new device only has 2. How to connect two gigabit desktop machines and my NAS? Shaw provide 1 Gig 5-port switch?
