So tired of the constant @telus internet and TV issues. November cannot come soon enough when we can get out of our contract and switch to @ShawInfo. Not happy in the least.

@Shawhelp hi I’m having trouble with our TV terminal. It is no longer showing a program guide. When we change the channel it now only shows the channel name and not the show.

@Shawhelp I was trying to convince my folks to upgrade from Internet 300 to Fibre+ Gig so they can get the $25 Shaw Mobile plan; however iMessage support said it would cost $54 more? The bill is $104 and Fibre+ Gig is $125 on the web site, where did the extra $ come from?
