    @Shawhelp when do you plan to reimburse for all your outages? I cannot keep paying my phone provider for extra internet. Every two weeks there is an outage.

    @Shawhelp This seems to happen more frequently with Shaw. This is very disrputive and quite annoying. Please fix your services, hardware or infrastruture to ensure this doesn't happen so often. Seriously considering transfering over to Telus now.

    @Shawhelp This is the absolute last straw with Shaw. Second time this month there is an Outage in my area. Canada Day, my internet was out for 28 hours. Today it's been out for over 12 hours now. I would like compensation as I feel like I shouldn't have to front a $300 bill..

    @Shawhelp My shaw home service(landline internet, tv) is completely in the dark again the 2nd time in 2 we3ks. 1st time was over 24hrs and now I get a farsical reason from tech online saying fibre was cut
