I just sle3nt 1.5 hours on the phone with an agent who gave me 99% dead air before telling me her shift was over so she was just going to send a tech(seriously)... I asked for a sup, and the supervisor told me its an issue on their end they are looking into.

    @ShawInfo just spent 45 min on the phone with one of your agents to upgrade my plan package and he tells me to call back cause he is having system problems and then hangs up. Brutal customer service!

    Hey @Shawhelp the neighbors Shaw cable has come down in the back alley. Not a ******* chance I’m sitting on hold for an hour to resolve this so I am gonna cut it unless you reply.

    @mrskingle @Shawhelp Having the same issue, after 1.5 hours on phone with tech support, asked for a supervisor, was told lots of people with the issue and they are looking into it...😡
