    Hey @Shawhelp trying to watch World Juniors Hockey, picture goes black or pixelates every so often. Lasts for only a second. Unplugged box, did not fix issue. Neighbour reports the same issue.

    ShawHelp is usually super helpful, but are they really asking everyone saying they’re having the SAME issue to DM them help? It’s clearly a nationwide thing. Not an individual thing.

    @B_J_Miller Looking at threads there appears to be many in the west with the same issue. Seems to be specific to @Shawhelp
