@Shawhelp That is exactly what I did a month ago. Now again this morning, TV cut out for 5 minutes, message on screen says connection issue. Back on its own 5 minutes later.

@Shawhelp we have been told multiple times it’s a problem on the line. We are getting nowhere with your help center. Last guy didn’t show up for the appointment. We’ve replaced all the gear as suggested and it cost us a lot of money and we still have terrible Internet connection.

@Shawhelp @Calgaryman1 That's your job. We pay ludicrous fees for shaw services to work and for shaw employees to troubleshoot the issues.

Shaw is down again! Shaw went down at May 2, 2022 at 10:55PM in Langley. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. shawhelp

@Shawhelp Shaw webmail. I have chatted with 3 techs since last Sat. when my Shaw problems started. When I reply to an email or fwd, it turns to gibberish. Today a 4th tech told me to switch to "Advanced AJAX" in Preferences. I did & it fixed. Now it's wonky again; can't fix it

@Shawhelp we need help. It’s been a year since we were told that work needed to be done on the line, at the pole. We are still waiting. We are paying for 1 gig every month and we get about 10% of that. We have all new gear. New router as suggested by your technician.

Very upset about the total lack of Shaw internet since 11:00pm last night. And getting @Shawhelp has only resulted in them saying we agree you don’t have service. Someone is supposed to be working on it since 4am when I contacted them??? Total #FAIL #yyc
