    @Shawhelp Yes I've even fully restarted the router. Trees went down on lines here last night, power was out, but internet/cable still not working

    @Shawhelp Not really sure what an outage looks like router wise but im not seeing any light. I would expect the usual white light would change to a different color if there's something going on.

    @Shawhelp I have been trying to get help through your chat for an hour. Keeps disconnecting. Including just as I was getting an appointment for service. I need an actual number to call for help.
