    @Shawhelp having problems in SW Langdale Edmonton. Tv is flaky Netflix keeps freezing on multiple units. This happened a few days ago.

    @Shawhelp Hi there, BlueCurve TV is cutting in and out in Edmonton (not in area listed as having an outage on your website though). We've done the troubleshooting so am thinking there may be another outage? Tried phoning first but the automated phone system told me to message you- thanks!

    @Shawhelp Trying to watch TV in north Edmonton but getting lots of pixilation on all channels. Sounds like I’m not the only one having issues tonight. Is there a problem at Shaw??

    @Shawhelp @ConnieEngley Your usual lame response. This is a wide area outage, trouble shooting her service won't work, nor will checking her personal subscription. Fix the system.
