@Shawhelp Any possibility of waiving some cancellations fees out of “good will” for a customer who’s been with you for 4 years and had to move back in with a roommate (who already has wifi) due to the price of living increasing?
@Shawhelp I've done this. I've selected a show scheduled to record, but there is no word CANCEL on the screen of my phone. No option to cancel is visible. Only more info is visible, click on that, no cancel option there either. The word CANCEL is not there.
@Shawhelp is there issues on certain channels? Pixelating on various channels but not continuously.
@ShawInfo Funny business model you have. Call today about reinstating my services for what I was offered before they were Disconnected. Told it was going to be $60 more per month because I was an existing customer and would rather have me switch to Telus for the next two years.
