@shawhelp the worst service ever. I'm paying for premium service and I'm not even getting the lowest level. 50 or 60 mb/sec when it should be 1000. I just want a refund for not getting what I've been paying for. 180 per month. very poor service and even worse customer service.

@Shawhelp I called regarding an internet issue. It was determined that there is noise on the line, and a technician would need to be sent out. I was told I would receive a call when your ability to schedule a technician was restored. It’s been over 24 hrs and no call. Ya’ll ok?

Hey @Shawhelp Did you know if I wanted to do self serve I would!? Did you know if I say will call in xx minutes I do! Did you know your website does not show any outage and yet this is the 2nd time calling support in 10 days? Poor service online, on phone or in person.

@Shawhelp I got lucky I found it but it didn't solve r problem on getting r home services hooked back up which we desperately need wife is trying to find a job and can't without internet and that's going to hurt us financially in the long run with me only bringing in income !
