    @DuncanKetcheson @Shawhelp I'm pretty sure it has to do with the construction they were doing last year that they didn't finish, and the ground thawing out now. The lines were suppose to be replaced but it never happened yet

    @shawhelp Why would you perform maintenance and not tell anyone? What the hell are you thinking? When routers reboot it's kind of a problem.
