@Shawhelp Have been having slow internet on and off the last few days and my internet just crashed twice during a video call. Have tried restarting modem but haven’t seen a difference. Having issues on both computer and phone. Any advice?

@ShawInfo Please improve your communication with your customers. There has been no updates on our complete outage - no cable,Internet or telephone - for over 3 hours. I am using my Koodo data plan in order to communicate with you or to look at your website. Ridiculous.
