    @Shawhelp So you threaten to downgrade your service but when I’ve tried to call I give up after being in que for an hour. Nice way to do business and yes I have questions on why my bill appears twice the amount I signs on for!

    @Shawhelp A quick google and appears many pages of threads on Shaw support forums of people having issues. Mine just worked longer than some it seems. Guess I’ll be looking at alternatives

    @cynthiiaaxo_ @Shawhelp Ya you can leave with Telus but the service isn’t great. I left Telus because the internet would cut out a lot tv barley ever worked. With Shaw everything has been working fine don’t get me started with @TELUSsupport agents.

    I've spoken to 3 @Shawhelp agents for issues I've had with my Blue Curve Gateway/Internet/TV and despite being very polite I've wasted hours and had the agents give up and end the connection with me. How do I get a hold of a talented tier 2+ technical support or manager?

    @Shawhelp What is up with your wifi? For the amount I pay each month I expect your wifi to be working. It’s pathetically slow and glitchy. I expect a discount on my next bill.

    @Shawhelp afternoon! Are you by chance showing an outage in Calgary Mahogany? Only some devices were working so we rebooted the Gateway and now nothing will connect!
