    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp I left Telus years ago bc of terrible customer service. Went to Shaw...very good. Chat lines very helpful when needed which was rarely required.

    @okayestdentist @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Agree - I finally spoke with a women with Shaw in Toronto and she resolved my issue. She was sympathetic as her Dad had the same problem so she under stood my frustration and went the extra mile.

    @Shawhelp Hey is there a phone problem in Vancouver? Both our land lines are dead and if I try to call with a cell, I get a recording saying the number is unavailable.

    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp I would say SHAW is better, WIFI HOT SPOTS,Cable. Just update your Cable/Wifi plan if you haven’t already that could be a solution
