@Shawhelp hi Shaw, noticed repeated, daily drops in the wifi over the past 2-3 weeks. It will be down anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes. This is a problem when working from home. Can you assist?

1/ Update: it’s a days-long network issue with @ShawInfo that still isn’t resolved. Today happened to be my install date (booked 2 weeks ago) for Shaw internet. Day 1 as a Shaw customer and I can’t help but wonder how an outage like this would be handled in southern Ontario…?
