@Shawhelp I waited on the phone for 50 minutes before I hung up and the chat line at the same time for 45 minutes to get an agent. This outage was not on your outage page and I got nothing but grief trying to report it. You service is terrible.

One advantage to the crappy @Shawhelp tv feed today is that we don't have to listen to the terrible @Sportsnet commentators during this Oilers game. #picturenosound for hours

@ShawInfo do you know that the cable in the Crossing at Rivers Edge are is not working right. It keeps freezing up. Restarting the blucurve and the tv box doesn't solve it.
