@Shawhelp It's not an account issue. The fibre+ gateway 2 doesnt allow port forwarding thru the IP like most modems. It directs you to the app, which is hit or miss showing devices that are connected. Port forwarding should take 5 minutes. Forwarding by device is silly

@Shawhelp Can’t believe another long outage with Shaw TV and Internet in Fort St. John My sister Who is a Telus customer across town hasn’t had an outage all summer. Hey Shaw just unplug all your **** and then plug it back in and DM me with your account information and address

@Shawhelp Sorry I know it’s not your fault but you are not improving infrastructure. These outages happen constantly and we are just supposed to deal with it. Never compensated

@Shawhelp It says “New Customers Only”. If it is available for existing customers there is NOTHING on the website that says that. Customer service and transparency is paramount. If we are supposed to be able to change our own plans then ALL options should be made available online.

Dear @shawhelp, why are you so unreasonable and unhelpful to longstanding customers stranded outside BC by Covid and insisting on making us pay for internet we can't use instead of kindly suspending our service until we can get back?
