    @ShawInfo tried to use Shawgo for the last two days. Got a notice for the pin but the pin was never sent to my email. Did it everything correctly (as I dud in the past)

    No internet for the last 12 hrs. When u speak to a @ShawInfo rep, they either are unaware of the outage or unclear on what to do. One rep later said their was an outage and its been fixed..called later and the other rep said no outage was reported..still no internet. Wth shaw?

    2 - @Shawhelp anyway cant access your site and dont wanna chase all over these cursed socials. is there anyway short of legal action to get ahold of a rep for a service fix or cancellation? still a phone number someplace? horrible long chase
