@Daggerville @Shawhelp last couple days mine has been freezing and starting again..skipping time. Both TV and the app on my tablet was doing this.. I saw a few posts on FB about this same issue with other folks on Shaw. Yet to see or hear an explaination of why though.

Incredibly disappointed in @Shawhelp. Went through several hours of tech support only to have the agent go on break, bring in another agent and start all over again, right when we had resolved it and were looking at booking a site visit. Total waste of HOURS of my time. 😡😡😡
