Get a service technician to your house and have them fix the issue. Possibly swap the main router out if necessary. Don't give up quite yet. If they continue to fail you and let you down, then I would move on

They kept sneaking the prices up, so when a rep came by my door with that deal I switched and never looked back. Optik with fibre ✅ No matter though, both will always have issues trying to reach by phone.

They attempted to make everything better installing old wired equipment and that didn’t help. Went back to Telus again and all was good. I am having some router issues though now. Haven’t had time to call them.
