@Shawhelp No offense, but "wonderful" and "morning" never blong in the same sentence.

  • mattrocksdesign Matt Rock (@mattrocksdesign) reported

@TekSavvyCSR @Shawhelp Looks like that may have resolved my connectivity and speed issue! Well, so far so good at least. Thanks again! 👍 #teksavvy #internetprovider #canada

  • EvenStephenLee Stephen (@EvenStephenLee) reported

@Shawhelp are there any outages in the lower mainland? My internet had been down the last two hours and nothing is working nor are there any updates

  • supernova_girlx Space Girl 🌙 (@supernova_girlx) reported

I truly cannot believe @Canada allowed @Rogers to acquire @ShawInfo making this oligopoly smaller and smaller which means prices can go up and up for Canadians. We need more telecomm options, not lots of options owned by 3 companies. That doesn’t help consumers.

  • RTMcFadyen Richard McFadyen🇨🇦 (@RTMcFadyen) reported

@Shawhelp I asked about seeing your bundles side by side your chat support person referred me back to the page I saw where you can’t view them side by side. Are you avoiding comparison?

  • kevbry Kevin Bryant (@kevbry) reported

@Shawhelp I'm seeing intermittent high latency/packet loss at my Shaw gateway over the past few weeks. Could I get some help?

  • james82603504 james (@james82603504) reported

@Shawhelp my internet has been down since yesterday. No outages reported in my area. Edmonton. AB. I tried unplugging my router and plugging it back in. Still nothing.

  • marrkstep Mark (@marrkstep) reported

@rocko_ca @CHEK_News @Shawhelp Not working on telus either hmmmm

  • realColinMac Colin McGuire (@realColinMac) reported

Why should you oppose a @Rogers/ @ShawInfo merger to the @CRTCeng? Here's why: My mom has no contract with Rogers, owns her devices outright. She began having connectivity issues within' days of receiving texts to upgrade and texts about plan upgrades 1/2) #telecoms #rogers

  • TekSavvyCSR TekSavvy Assistance (@TekSavvyCSR) reported

@mattrocksdesign @Shawhelp Routine maintenance in the area did cause an outage yesterday for both Shaw and TekSavvy customers but that has since been resolved. Please try a 5 minute power cycle of your modem/router, and if still having issues, send us a DM and we'll troubleshoot. -JD
