    @ShawInfo your customer service is horrendous. I got hung up on today after being on the line for over an hour trying to fix my grandmothers internet. She’s been overpaying, 90$ a month for 5 mb down, for probably at least 5 year! Her modem and router are outdated. Im fuming.

    Wow @Shawhelp -- on top of garbage service the last several weeks, this "Fake Fibre" internet you sold us hasn't work all day. No using valuable data on my Telus iPhone to do work today. #ymm

    @Shawhelp like clockwork my TV/cable box won't stay on. This happens about every 6wks. I call and we do a routine song and dance. Wtf does this keep happening?

    Hey @Shawhelp @ShawInfo we have been trying to get our Shaw internet fixed for over a year. Today, the service guy didn’t show up after we waited almost 2 weeks for the appt. We have no internet. You are happily charging our credit card every month for 1 gig of speed. Help us!
