Looking for some tech help. Apparently there is a known issue for @Shawhelp emails not being compatible with the iOS mail app past 14.0. Just got a new phone through @RogersHelps and email won’t work. Have spent hours with Shaw trying to fix. Has anyone overcome this? #winnipeg

@xeviuss @ShawInfo It took months for them to fix mine. Got a large rebate on it too. Had to run my own router with the modem in bridge mode

@Shawhelp i am this close to changing my internet provider. My modem suddenly won't boot despite troubleshooting and speaking to 2 different agents. Now they've concluded that it would require technical support but i can't get anyone until the 2nd of July.

@Shawhelp The entirety of our business day has been severely affected by this outage. It’s unfortunate that, at 4:40 PM, there is still no resolution and our internet and phone lines are still down.
