    @Shawhelp Your customer service is brutal! Can’t get a person on the phone nor the app now. I’ve been billed twice in a week and my wifi still needs to be fixed. I’m still in limbo. Need some customer service help please!

    @Shawhelp is there an outage? My internet is down again. Power cycle does not seem to fix. I have this issue far too often.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport your home internet sucks *****. Worse than dial up. First time in my life not using @ShawInfo and I #hate it. HATE.

    @sa20_98 @Shawhelp called them today, the router shat itself and stopped releasing a signal, took me 45 minutes to deal with the problem by chat. Worst. Service. Ever.

    @ShawInfo My internet has been on and off on Monday, out most of Tuesday, on and off Wednesday and is currently off. WFH and online paper due. Help!
