@ShawInfo why can’t SHAW fix the BlueCurve issues? These issues in the backend (on the Cloud) have been going on for months and SHAW can’t fix. Every time I call support, I must escalate and waste hours of my valuable time. Should I just move to Telus????

@Shawhelp The entire broadband spectrum broadcasting in the Fraser Valley BC is getting pixilated and freezing. Did someone blow a transformer? It might help your reputation to resolve this issue. #yvr #fraservalley #shaw

@Shawhelp Will this ever be fixed? Believe had problems since March, when I moved to BlueCurve. Support told me 2 weeks ago they needed specific details of problem and they would call me back. Still waiting for their call back and when I call them, more promises but no call back
