    Hi @TELUS. Anyone available to help build me a whole home package? @Shawhelp @ShawInfo don’t care at all to sort me out and I’ve been with them for 20+ years. Happy to spend my money elsewhere!

    @Shawhelp I tried but it’s for new only. Must cancel for 90 days to save 50 a month. Seems a bit much. My contract is up in feb but apparently cannot renew unless I want to pay more.

    @Shawhelp Not impressed with who we in my household have chatted with from Shaw. Telling us we do not have a connection problem when we can hardly use our internet without constant disconnections and then closing our chat claiming to have “resolved the issue.”
