    Never angrier than on behalf of another: rel of ours (not on social media) jst said @ShawInfo hung up when put rep on hold for less than a min, 2 cross room 2 get a bill! How many hrs has Shaw made us wait on hold! Gawd 4bid it has to wait 60secs! Shaw used to have good service!

    Thank you, Jeannette. You are a valuable employee and @ShawInfo should be grateful to have people like you in customer service. Unlike the sales team that looted my 88 year old Mum who said she didn’t watch that many games anyway. (So why the upsell on the internet pkg?)

    @kevinlovestech @Kristinnuendo @Shawhelp Our place, they had unwired a ceiling light and taped the wires, but left the bulbs in it. Took me about 2 hours to figure out wtf was going on.

    Hey @Shawhelp I'm fairly certain I pay for more than 2 up. Can you please take a look and see if there are known issues in my area? You competitor has installed Fibre lines in my area and I'm fully prepared to switch to Sasktel at this rate.
