I really appreciated it. Please pass on my positive feedback to her leadership team. There needs to be more agents like her!!

clay gillespie (@GillespieClay) reported@Shawhelp I did - still no response. Lack of information and communication is horrible. We all just information just blaming a power outage when we all have power seems strange. No backups or other service models seems pretty antiquated.

Karen (@ksavvy31) reported4/ they lost all power last night.. no phone, internet or cable. Their neighbor has been waiting for a service call for over a week.. @Shawhelp . This is terrible for them.. its not a good look when an entire community is being ignored for service fix
