painfully ishgardian man (@finalfantasy420) reported@Shawhelp i’ve done all these steps multiple times and your tech support has historically been unhelpful. also, my complaint was not about speed but about latency. packet loss + high latency seems to be a common complaint among your customers, so i’m wondering if shaw is aware of the cause
