@shawinfo sucks, because when they make a mistake for a customer of 20 years, instead of saying oops and making it right, they'd rather let the customer walk away unhappy. I work in tech. Countless people sent your way looking to me for a recommendation. Can't do it anymore.

@Shawhelp I just wanted to say Shaw is one of the few companies I’ve never had a problem with. Internet is almost always performing perfectly. Never an issue with billing or customer service. Great work.
