@Shawhelp Shaw used to have some department in customer service that could do "magic" with rates for long time customers who weren't happy with the rates but I've heard rumours that's gone now - it's pay the posted rates or bye - true?

@Shawhelp can you PLEASE update your bluecurve tv app, to run on the Chromecast with Google TV? It took way to long to add chromecast support alone, I cannot keep explaining over and over why YOUR app development is so slow. Please, keep up to date with things.

@Shawhelp This is unacceptable in 2022. Trying to rip people off money and not providing service. Called your technical team and was passed on to still be charged, after I have tried to move service. This is not acceptable behavior in this day and age.
