    Above are my DMs with @ShawInfo these do not include my conversation with the company they hire to take their customer calls which is GATESTONEco whom pays me via Shaw Communications Canada I cannot believe this happened to me I been scammed before but never by a company this big

    @Shawhelp Sure wait on hold forever. It should be automatically applied. Why does it take 12 plus hours to restore service? I've lost hope.

    @Shawhelp No he didnt. Yes i was able to talk to the tech support same day and booked the tech appointment again. Called tje support again and the agent told me the tech cancelled it
