  @Shawhelp The big issue is the original box I got from #ShawCable when I renewed my contract in September was the wrong box and not supporting channels for the package I have. Then shaw sends refurbished box for the replacement of the original so technically I never had a new one..

  @Shawhelp So you’re saying I should order my centre ice package directly from the NHL instead of paying Shaw for the sub standard feed. My friends who bought directly have had no problems with the feed. That tells me it’s Shaw that is the problem.

  Hey @Shawhelp i just gave one of your customer service reps all information related to a billing issue, and he proceeded to claim the payment was for the month prior DESPITE the bill itself saying it was for that month and hung up as i was explaining what the bill had said.
