@Shawhelp I’m aware of the site, and if this is such a big outage then updates should be more timely. It’s almost 90 minutes since last update. I suspect this is also impacting Shaw Business customers and they have an SLA on both updates and repairs. When will the next update be posted?

I can’t believe you guys let bullshit Rogers buy you out. Crazy. Absolutely crazy @ShawInfo. You guys were the last good large independent Canadian company but now unfortunately you’ll become garbage just as Rogers is. I can’t believe u just ****** ur entire loyal customer base.

@604Now @AboutRogers @ShawInfo Not hard to figure out jobs. Reason companies merge is ton be more profitable after job redundancies are eliminated. Calgary corporate will disappear and be absorbed by Toronto and customer service will probably move to the east as well Rogers track record on merger is is abysmal

Apparently Rogers is buying @ShawInfo which basically means it’s time to cancel Shaw
