    @Shawhelp The internet is down in Westwood, Edmonton any idea what's up. The modem says it connect just dhcp not working. Phone works for sure did not check TV.

    @ShawInfo what the hell is going on with the service in Burnaby? Last two days the service has been extremely slow or not working. Yet you keep jacking up the prices on customers each yr. This isn't worth the $150/month we are paying you..

    @Shawhelp Trying to assist my cognitively challenged brother whose cable is out. Too complicated for chat. I am not a Shaw customer. Waited 2 hours on phone when I was allegedly next in line

    @Shawhelp any issues with internet in Surrey? Internet went down and modem flashing yellow for last 10 min, now flashing orange 😕

    @RealNealDeal @Shawhelp Everywhere in BC is having this issue with SHAW, they won’t admit it for some odd reason though.

    @Shawhelp Yes, I'm aware how you want to take my complaint offline to protect your brand. I'm telling you your company will not do anything other than tell me to restart my router, while it's actually a problem on your end. My communities Facebook page is filled with complaints right now.
