    @mscaletta @Shawhelp Shaw has been good for months, but last couple hours on the TV side have been bad for a couple hours now.

    @Shawhelp You cut my internet and have been unresponsive on chat, phone, and imessage for the past 3 hours. This is ridiculous. Incredibly shoddy service. I need my internet for work! You cannot do this in the middle of a pandemic.
