Kayle Clark (@kaclk) reportedEspecially in the age of covid, internet is a required utility. That @Shawhelp hasn’t given any information or any ETA on a fix 2 hours after a problem (and it’s actually 2.5 hours since my internet went out) is very troubling. It’s definitely bad customer service.
