Disappointed in @Shawhelp for charging a cancellation fee after being with them for nearly 14 years and moving to a town that Shaw doesn’t service. if you don’t want to people to leave how about you service an entire province #neveragain #avoidshawinternet #shaw

@Mariach36014683 @Shawhelp I did but it took almost a day. It appears to be a problem in our building or neighbourhood but it seems hard to get someone to look into the problem from that angle. It doesn’t seem very coordinated. Having said that, it’s the first problem I’ve had in many years.

Has to be said, I gotta vent, got the new #BlueCurve system from @ShawInfo , what joke! Remote won't grab my stereo, chat no help. Trying to split 2.4/5G to run Wifi light bulbs, won't work. One TV box doesn't work. Thanks Shaw for changing your stuff so they don't work.

@Shawhelp I've done this before over 15 times and you STILL have not got off your asses and fixed the issue. Your node in Abbeydale NE is so stressed that no one gets upload speed after 9PM and this problem exists from your shitty bluecurve routers being incompatible.

@Shawhelp we are without internet since Monday because Shaw customer service cannot update a serial number! Been to the store and spent hours talking to their unhelpful customer service. Been in a queue with backend support who were supposed to fix it in 24 hrs but did nothing!
