    @Shawhelp Thanks but the service was down for hours before this notice was posted, rendering it pointless. I should not have to phone you to obtain this information.

    @Shawhelp @OfficialDrewie What about New Westminster, The cable keeps cutting out now there is no service what so ever, this has been ongoing for weeks now.

    I am getting the WORST HELP from @Shawhelp I've tried online, phone, everything. I work from home and you are telling me the first open spot is in 7-10 days? This is totally unacceptable. You are costing me more per day then the internet costs in a month. Please. Help. Me

    @Shawhelp is there an outage in Varsity Estates area in Calgary this morning? My internet is not working. I have tried unplugging my modem and issue still remains.

    1/ Update: it’s a days-long network issue with @ShawInfo that still isn’t resolved. Today happened to be my install date (booked 2 weeks ago) for Shaw internet. Day 1 as a Shaw customer and I can’t help but wonder how an outage like this would be handled in southern Ontario…?

    This is very frustrating for both the technician and me. The tech was doing their best to extend their customer service, along with helping secure a longer commitment from a customer. However .../ @shawhelp #BrighterTogether #CustomerService
