@ShawInfo Shaw has been charging me for 2 Bluecurve TV Player rentals since Dec’19 -Dec 2021 invoice when I only have 1 TV. Refund for 2 years worth of charges ($360) for the rental that I never had in the first place?

@Shawhelp After the Shaw tech was here last Thur & Friday for another issue, my printer which is connected through the pod wouldn't work.(It had worked before) I spent an hour on the phone today with a tech who said that she couldn't even see a pod on my device list and they 1/2

@Shawhelp Thanks Jesse. I switched over a year ago and added my one child's first cell service (can't beat $5). Just had to wait for the other two's contracts to expire. I do need help logging into my acct online. Can you help through DM or do I need to call?

@Shawhelp 2/2 couldn't fix the problem. My son in law came over and quickly saw on the shaw app where the pod device was and how to reconnect it. I realize this can happen but I didn't think it was an overly complicated problem.

@Shawhelp just wanted to thank you for your incredibly fab customer service today. Called to close my account and was told it would close Feb 15. Stupidly I asked why this date and agent said he would check. Returned to announce it was closed as of NOW😡

@Shawhelp @shaw Did you know your internet is absolutely terrible and any customer still using it should switch? From my testings you have worse internet speeds than a public connection at Walmart! Crazy right?
