    @Shawhelp Yes, I didn’t even unbox this new one. I had contacted support immediately after taking the package from Purolator because the box looked trashed. My problem was the lady on support said nothing about bew hardware or when it might come, just the email with the QR Fed Ex label

    You just have to love the ****** @Shawhelp service. They give you chat service that doesn't work for Shaw. Then give you a number that doesn't have service. How are you suppose to contact these people.

    @Shawhelp aeems that roger/shaw internet in ellerslie edmonton is dropping a lot? Any issues in this area?

    The service from @Shawhelp has gone downhill since @Rogers took over. Tired of the increasing costs, and poor service. Constantly dealing with “connection issues” on my TV. Long wait times for assistance from @RogersHelps and no help. UGH. What are the alternatives out there?!

    @Shawhelp is there any reason why the Wi-Fi is cutting out repeatedly in stony plain? It’s been happening all weekend but got really bad this morning.

    @Shawhelp You have NO IDEA how inconvenient it is, especially when you are in the middle of transferring between flights and hotels and your email is down.
