    So I’m normally very happy with my service, but @ShawInfo @Shawhelp after ~18hrs without home internet or phone, I’m questioning why an issue “due to Hydro related difficulties” still isn’t fixed. Cmon guys, I pay too much for you to mess around. It’s finals season too......

    @Shawhelp Just an FYI there was an outage in Forest lawn this morning here in Calgary which affected Internet business Internet phone business phone digital TV VOD gateway blue curve TV Wi-Fi access points. I am not in Forest lawn but I am in downtown Calgary

    @Shawhelp -No Internet/phone/TV service in Walnut Grove-Langley since noon yesterday. This is insane. What is going on? This is becoming a regular occurance for Shaw services in this community.

    Why yes my internet (hi @ShawInfo !) Has been down all day and my phone and my tv but luckily I have 10 GB of unused @TELUS mobility data b/c of Covid. (P.S. don’t @ me Crown Monopolies).

    @Shawhelp is your mobile service down as well in some areas near Langley? I added data to my cell plan today because Internet was down, it worked for a bit, and then IT went down too. Why would mobile data ALSO be affected?

    @LoyalWolfy @Shawhelp My internet is still throttled down to 14mbps down and 17mbps up. Paying for their Fibre+ plan of 1gif down and 100mbps up.
