    @Shawhelp You  at 10:31, Jan 12: I have been a Shaw customer for over 40 years, and have ways paid my bills on time. Although I have confimed and indicated on the App that I want ebills, Inever get one! It leaves me with behind payment. A big fail, Shaw.

    I'm so sick of exploitative companies like @TELUS. I pay 120$ a month for internet and the service I receive is terrible. My internet has been down for 13 days now and they've done absolutely nothing to help me. I think it's time make the switch to @ShawInfo

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I have contacted you 2x to resolve simple issue with home internet: 1x by tel 1x by chat. Both times unable to resolve a simple issue. I will try 3x and then switching to @ShawInfo.

    @Shawhelp @wolcoski Shaw is 3 hrs hold time. Rogers is 3 hrs hold time. Telus is 3 hrs hold time. Ebox (Bell) is 3 hrs hold time. (some people report 4) Took one person 2 days to call Ebox to report their Rogers outage. Wonder what Teksavvy's hold time is? #CRTC

    @shawhelp you have no customer loyalty appreciation. I’m appalled at the disgusting treatment I got after being a customer for 23 years. What a joke! Turn ur nose up after I described my grief and depression. GO ANYWHERE BUT SHAW- DONT LEAVE TELUS
