    @TELUSsupport I have to admit that this is where @ShawInfo beats you every time. Their customer service is so flawless that even though their service is shite, I stayed with them for 5 years. There's a ******* lesson there if you want it.

    @TELUSsupport is there a way of finding out when a neighbourhood will get Fibre Optics installed for fast internet home service. I have been struggling with @Shawhelp while working from home and am looking for consistent options.
