Tried logging into a Shaw Go hotspot as a guest on my iPad earlier today because I forgot my cellphone at home. The brainiacs then said we emailed you an activation code. Well guess what? I didn’t have wifi so I couldn’t open my email. Terrible. @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp I've had private conversations with dozens of tech specialists, why would this be different? You’ll need copies of ping results to one or more sites, same for trace route, yet I've been refused escalation for routing problems over 5 times.

@Shawhelp Came back 9:45pm last night. If/When you have teenagers you’ll understand!! Can I ask what happened? We saw some Shaw trucks near Marine/Nelson but there was no visible damage. And you’ve removed the incident page. I’m just curious if you know. Cheers.

@Shawhelp @SinatraSoul Pretty condescending customer service here. I’ve had BlueCurve for over 2 years now and half your channels were in SD until only 4 months ago when you finally upgraded them.
