    @Shawhelp horrible customer service. I’ve been calling Shaw almost everyday for the past 2 weeks and no one has helped. And when I ask for a manager, ppl hang up. May have to change my services.

    @Shawhelp I even offered to drive to Shaw and do the exchange to avoid postage... The rep just kept repeating that same thing even when I asked for a supervisor. I screenshot the whole discussion. Learned from my last bad experience.

    Getting @Shawhelp mobile was the worst decision I ever made. Useless coverage if you want anything even remotely fast for data. Really? 3G at YYZ? Dropped calls all over Barrie area. Great if you never leave the Calgary. Son “ran out” of Data in Vernon after 2 of 25Gb.

    Hey @Shawhelp I'm getting an error when trying to watch any content on Shaw on Demand - error 1401 (16659) - unplugged my box for 5 mins, tried again 30 mins after, same issue. Any suggestions?
