  @Shawhelp We are getting fibre optic serviced to house home this month. The optic cable is owned by fibre connect. Telus has been first offer us service (much cheaper and faster). Do you have plans to offer the same or similar? We want fibre & who here gets here first gets our buisiness. Thank you.

  @Shawhelp I have twice and both times they said there is an open ticket to look at my issues outside the house, but neither could give me any timeline for resolution.

  @Shawhelp Any reported internet outages in Southern Alberta? My service has been out for almost an hour, and your service outages webpage will only display British Columbia regions (aka, the Rogers webpage)
