    @Shawhelp if you are contracting out third party companies to get your customers to sign a contract, please vet them because their CS agents are rude and also hang up in people faces mid sentence. They are tainting SHAW's reputation and make me wanna switch to @TELUS

    @Shawhelp on hold for 40 mins and counting to talk to business tech support. our email/website down for over 30 hrs, not answering our emails for help. I need to speak to someone right away. plz help.

    @Shawhelp When we first got a bluecurve, but it didn't seem to make a difference. We even had it replaced when there was other issues. This one we didn't reset it. It's our second router. I even put an other wifi router and we had the same issues. Maybe something in settings?
