@Shawhelp is honestly the slowest company when it comes to any sort of wifi issue. Almost getting on 12 hours of the wifi being down, and they can’t even be bothered to give us an estimate as to when things will be fixed. Useless.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS possibly the worst service and support ever. Wifi down all morning, have had technicians come multiple times in the past to fix and still no fix. Stuck on hold for hours w/ support and missed multiple important work meetings. Cant wait to switch to @ShawInfo

@Shawhelp Oh boy yeah, let me just give you guys my personal info for the third time today, and I’ll pretend like that’s going to make any difference in getting my wifi up faster, like it’ll help me go back and do the appointment I’ve already missed, or pay for the data I’ve had to waste.

And the saga continues. On Friday, my @ShawInfo modem/router died. After spending a couple of hours in a chat with a support member (using my middle-aged thumbs on an iPhone), it was determined that I needed a new modem. 1/6
