@Shawhelp I switched for a day....worst data coverage. Dead spots everywhere in Vancouver. Went back to Telus who had the best coverage and cell service. I o ly switched because the Shaw rep lied to me and said Shaw is a completely different network than Wind....which it isn't

@Shawhelp this is the second internet install appointment that has been cancelled from your end. I have been without internet since the 24th of dec. the next date they gave me is dec 6th. Absolutely disgusting customer service. No call back when promised 2 times as well.
