    @ahung @Shawhelp I'm having the exact same issue in Sherwood Park, AB, and it's on ALL my boxes, not just one. PVR doesn't work either...better check again Shaw, cause it sounds like a problem on your end. #notourfault

    @Shawhelp Yeah… your link just takes me to a web link, and I don’t use Twitter in browser. So I’ll say it here, @ShawInfo slows down and destabilizes their existing customers to get them to upgrade to new “more reliable” service. #ShawCanada #ShawInternet

    @Shawhelp Already had issues like this fixed recently so thinking this is an issue on your end since other people are having the same issue as me when this alert comes across. We don’t like on the same area even.
