    @Shawhelp Nope! Spent a long time on the phone with a customer service person - we got the "News Package" and had to pay extra for CBC News Network. No confusion. Clear as a bell. $4/month. Complained til they credited the amount, but still forced to have Faux News.

    @Shawhelp Please help! It's been very difficult taking or making calls from my place .. The receivers on the other side can't hear me. Please help a lot of work is being hampered.

    @Shawhelp I called earlier to get help figuring out why my landline is down. I'm working right now so I wasn't able to stay on the phone, but the rep confirmed it wasn't anything to do about billing or external wire damage. He said he'd work on figuring out the issue. Still down.

    @Shawhelp My modem is flashing orange this morning. I'm assuming something happened somewhere with all the wind and power outages last night? Is there an ETA on the fix as both my wife and I work from home

    @Shawhelp But when I call the customer service your one call center employee by name AMIN calls me unprofessional coz he doesn't have any solution to my problem. You guy make promises without giving a thought that it can be fulfilled or not

    @Shawhelp Why DM let's talk here so world will know. It's a porting issue (shaw land line to shaw mobile services). You guys said that 2, 3 business days and it's already 7 business days.

    @Shawhelp Curious as to why the recorded feed for PGA on TSN is pixelated and shudders and generally not stable. Is it their feed or Shaw’s. Frustrating viewing an unstable screen.
