    Shaws idea of help is providing links to their website. Not helpful. If you think I did not try this first. This must be the Rogers way. Will have to have a local IT provider fix the issue. @ShawInfo

    @Shawhelp are there any issues with the mobile LTE network? Haven't been able to do anything on it for about an hour while out of the house. Phone sends but gets no response in NW Calgary.

    @Shawhelp @ShawInfo Wow! I just learned that I have been receiving calls from a collections agency for a bill from Shaw that was still within the payment deadline and was already paid. You guys made sure I never return to you as a customer.

    @Shawhelp internet is still down in morinville since yesterday.. paying for gigabit and not even getting 10mbps.. fix it
