@Shawhelp I’m not really sure how many more times I can hear “we’re not sure what’s causing your problem. We’ve changed the modem and it looks like there’s an issue with the tap. We can’t fix it if we don’t know what’s causing it.”

@Shawhelp Shaw Direct on Demand has been working poorly for me for around the past two months, intermittent or outright freezes at random with some VOD content. After testing it's not my internet so it's clearly the service itself or the receiver (600) having problems.

@Shawhelp we went through all the steps of enabling roaming for our son who is currently traveling on his own in a big US city and his phone service is not working and your company wanted us to chat with a bot about it all night. Unacceptable.
