@Shawhelp I have and they say the same **** every time it’s being worked on we’ve had an outage in our area for a whole week and y’all can’t figure out why or fix it? Pay my bill then since you can’t fix the issue

Just cancelled my @Shawhelp TV & internet. When I called for help, I ended up talking to a supervisor who had a very misogynistic attitude. He told me to shut up when I was explaining the problem & listen because I’d like what he had to say. I didn’t. I’m no longer a customer.

@Shawhelp you shouldn’t treat your customers that way. How that person is a supervisor is beyond me. He has no people skills.

@Shawhelp says that they'll restore wifi once power is back. Its been 24 hours with power... At this point it wouldve been quicker to teach me how to fix it so I could fix it myself. Also idk how your the only isp down 🤔. Crazy

@Shawhelp disconnected my service for delayed payment ( due to family emergency). I reached to customer care service via WhattsApp @188842722222 for payment plan arrangement. She refused, promised supervisor to call ( never did), now I am being charged for contact breach fees?
