    @Shawhelp You've NOT offered me ANY steps for fixing the issue with your Shaw Webmail App on my phone. I don't have an issue with the email on my computer, which I've stated 13x. It's the faulty APP that is giving me the much aggravation. Who do I speak to about your APP?

    @Shawhelp My home internet (Burnaby address) has been intermittent for the last two days, and slow as molasses when it does work. I have so-called high speed internet.

    @Shawhelp Sorry Shaw, terrible customer service!! Don't have time now 35min when you called me back indicating I was next in queue. Did you know if I could to do it online or self-service I would do that! The message on my screen indicated I needed to call.
