    Well, @koodo's so-called "help" system is even more brain-dead than @Shawhelp's. If you *FINALLY* get to the point of getting it to pass the call to an agent, and then mention *ANYTHING* that it thinks it has in it's puny database, it cancels the agent call ... 1/2

    As usual, @ShawInfo is having problems with various parts of it's Internet system, and @Shawhelp is unable to resolve any problems. At the moment, @ShawInfo's Webmail is mostly unreachable, and, when you can reach it, the login server is unreachable ...

    @Shawhelp I've been trying to reach out to your person to disconnect my internet services but she's has not been contacted me yet. Do note I will NOT be paying any billing charges if you're not canceling my service.

    4th @ShawInfo tech is here since mid-August and he can’t get any modem or cable to work. We pay ~$250/month for the highest cable+internet and still have BAD wifi (if at all) and it’s beyond frustrating. Plus, when I call, tech support says it’s my fault! 😤

    @Shawhelp broadcast service out since this am but you're not showing it on your website. Already called in and they said they didn't know why you weren't putting the outage on your website
