    @cbmas0n @Shawhelp I was getting like 10 a day in the SW. I unplugged it for an hour and plugged it back in, no issues since.

    @ShawInfo I got this information from two separate support chat agents. I didn’t believe the first one could be correct (only 3?) so I tried again. So the source of info was Shaw.

    @Shawhelp Yes, you did. But the issue is still ongoing. Your website says there are no outages. It’s been 24 hours without service.

    @roeteddy @Shawhelp I am terrible with tech& it’s not bad! You can watch live or from the beginning and rewind etc! Tried a lot of different services to be able to stream various tournaments and leagues over the years. I’d love CBC to stream Team Canada games, even if it’s not on the main channel.

    @shawhelp Hi! Just wondering if there has been changes to the Chinese customer service hotline. My parents mentioned they haven't been able to get in touch with a Shaw rep lately.
