    @Shawhelp How do I report excellent customer service? "Daniel SV70" just walked me through a tech issue via online chat and when we ended there was no review option to let his manager know he rocked it. Can you please pass it on?

    The worst part of upgrading the Cable Tv box is that channel surfing now includes "you're not subscribed to this channel" 🙄 Is there any way to hide unsubscribed channels so I can channel surf in peace or is this just a fun feature of capitalism? @Shawhelp

    @Shawhelp channel 206 /cbs east has disappeared from the guide entirely in #yeg. Wtf? There’s an nfl game supposed to be there to make it worse

    @Shawhelp Oh, I tried DMing your so-called tech support, @Shawhelp. They were completely unable to resolve the issue. No help at all.

    Shaw cable out @Shawhelp chat won’t open, I do not have the patience to wait on hold for an hour+ I’ve unplugged everything, plugged it all back in to get the same damn msgs “connecting to your entertainment experience” for 30min then tighten your cables&restart RDK10000 Repeat

    @ShawInfo your company is horrible. I'm trying to solve a problem and your customer service agents are trolling me. I asked for a supervisor and the dude couldn't stop saying, "so I'm understanding you want a manager?" I couldn't hear him say it anymore. I gave the account #.
