    @ShawInfo hey so my service has been very spotty lately. Actual connection dropouts that outright shouldn't be happening. The phone support has been useless to help find a fix. And one time just hung up on me. I expect better out of Shaw.

    @TELUSsupport is there a way of finding out when a neighbourhood will get Fibre Optics installed for fast internet home service. I have been struggling with @Shawhelp while working from home and am looking for consistent options.

    @Koosh604 @Shawhelp Their is an outage in my area of Coquitlam that they trying to resolve. My Internet cuts in and out as they try to fix it

    @Shawhelp slow internet in central NE Calgary, don't see any known issues on Shaw Outage website, what's going on? Already power cycled, and connected via ethernet

    @TELUSsupport I have to admit that this is where @ShawInfo beats you every time. Their customer service is so flawless that even though their service is shite, I stayed with them for 5 years. There's a ******* lesson there if you want it.

    Ahh good ol @Shawhelp nice guy on the phone let me know the earliest they can send a tech out to look at the problem with the drop box is maybe Sunday evening. I know it’s not out. Bit spotty service makes it hard to work or stream when it goes out randomly
