@Shawhelp Thanks! I tried resetting my Gateway but the signal is still weak. My space is small so I don’t think distance is an issue. I will try a few more things and let you know if the issue persists.

@Shawhelp First thing I did, followed by rebooting all my equipment. This is a repeatable and frustrating situation here in Lethbridge. Internet just dies for 5-15m for no reason, and comes back. Happens often enough to be a big problem, not often enough to be able to complain.

@Shawhelp wondering why my internet has been down all day & how long it will take to be restored? Service not reflecting price. “Big 5 Canadian Internet Service Providers receive 73.3% of the market’s revenues and charge higher prices due to a lack of competition.” #nomonopolies

@Shawhelp I'm tweeting this in case we have to cancel and we need proof of inadequate service. Fix your ****. Your random outages and useless responses are why we moved away from you as internet provider at work.

@Shawhelp It has been resolved (after an hour talking with your agent). I will say, disconnecting people in the middle of the work day without notice is really poor behavior. We are in a pandemic, and this makes me consider other providers.
