@cynthiiaaxo_ @Shawhelp Ya you can leave with Telus but the service isn’t great. I left Telus because the internet would cut out a lot tv barley ever worked. With Shaw everything has been working fine don’t get me started with @TELUSsupport agents.

@Shawhelp It was bridged. Very frustrating when you ask to talk to someone above the call center and they clearly just work off a set list of steps to help you.
