    @ShawInfo wireless. You have it. But they couldn't do anything because I have an outstanding balance I have paid. They then say they cannot see or access home service info, including billing?

    @Shawhelp Yes because people always know that there’s a possibility they will be moving in two years…was not expecting such an inadequate response but based on the customer service I’ve received over the last 2 hours I shouldn’t be surprised 🙄

    @ShawInfo you may need to invest in some customer service/retention lessons. Losing a customer of over 10 plus years over a $180 early cancellation fee when I was unable to transfer my service is just terrible business practice

    @fotogtom @ShawInfo Tech support is always useless... I knowhwo to cycle through their steps only to spend hours on the phone or online chat with them for them to tell me they have logged it.
