OC_2030 (@oc_2030_vision) reported@Shawhelp Still down. Trying a refresh of TVs. Prefer not to reboot xb7 as it takes down all of my security cams for 20 minutes

nobody.hky (@nobodyhky) reportedAnother outage @Shawhelp. Third today and second full, long outage in just over a week. Open ticket but no communication to customers on their website for any of it.

Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@M_S_Fricker @ShawInfo @RogersHelps The average time I've been on hold for tech support is 45 min+. Rogers doesn't want you to get any help from a human being - they want you to do everything online yourself despite the fact most tech problems can't be helped online. And the music sucks!

️Mike Fricker 🇨🇦 Christian Priest AuDHD CPTSD☯🖖 (@M_S_Fricker) reported@ShawInfo @Rogers Things got worse. Especially your customer service.
-
🇨🇦Jay (@jayrlocked) reported@Shawhelp you know we pay an exorbitant amount of money for cable and internet and the service being 2 hours is unacceptable not to mention the frequent everyone’s home from work everyday outages!
-
Guy_Barnabe (@GuyBarnabe) reported@Shawhelp problems with ABC this morning in Winnipeg: XRE-031 37 This channel is temporarily unavailable…. Tried on multiple terminals and via Rogers watch-online website…

'Nucknation (@surrey1111) reported@Shawhelp Thanks for asking. My wifi is good. But i have barely got 1 line on network (vertical), and sometimes in the other end of my house, i can’t download or upload and call drops. I was hoping to change something there to make it better.

Les Stelmach 🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@LesIsMore1) reported@slackerman10 @Shawhelp Any company (telcos, banks, util, etc) whose phone line REGULARLY says “we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes” is just short-staffing. They are optimizing cost over service. What is the maximum tolerance for a customer, etc. it’s obviously worse for oligopoly

rc edwards (@f1redwards) reported@Shawhelp Why is it always a struggle to connect to Tubi? Yes, I have unplugged and restarted my box multiple times and it rarely connects. I’m paying for the service I expected it to work. If not, I expect a discount on my bill this month because this is ridiculous.
