    @Shawhelp @shawinfo @shawelp Just know your team charges me full price for data/calling/mms/SMS, when my data is faulty and MMs does not work at all. Tried to make me feel bad about asking why I am paying full price for a partial service that is taking 3+ weeks to solve.

    @Bell_MTS worst customer service I have experienced ever. Its been almost a month and issue has not been resolved. Your technicians missed their appointments twice. And the next appointment I get is for the next week. I regret canceling @ShawInfo

    Anyways, I'm now paying double the cost for less then half the speeds but at least @ShawInfo has competent technicians who can install network.

    @Shawhelp Nah, i know how to fix it, thanks. Plus if a brand new modem doesn't come back up after 6 hours of planned service in the area, there's definitely something wrong with your stuff. It's time to switch. Loyal customer for 20 years, tired of these issues

    @Shawhelp I live in the Sundance community of Calgary. Telus is currently installing Fibre optic cable. Is Telus impacting the performance & reliability of my Shaw internet & Wi-fi service? OR perhaps I should change my service to Telus.

    @Shawhelp how much longer will the internet be down in the lower mainland/Surrey area? This is ridiculous, i've had nothing but trouble with Shaw lately, think it's time to switch

    @Shawhelp my internet download speed is only 5.7mbps & ping is 17mps My modem keeps cutting out. Shaw directed me to unplug all connections wait 30 seconds then plug everything back in. Worked well for about 5 minutes then speed dropped & modem cut out.
