Amber (@AisforAWSM) reported@Shawhelp That sounded a bit snarky. I don't expect Shaw to connect every house for free. I'd assume outlet activation cost would be covered during initial service purchase/setup. Nobody ever told us we'd be charged $50/coax outlet if we wanted to move our devices around in our own home.
