    @Shawhelp is at it again. Just two weeks before on Friday there was an outage in Surrey for more than 24 hours and there is one today. What the hell is happening. And it’s been like this since 1am.

    @DianeMariePosts @ShawInfo We used to find it in our letterbox. I kept complaining to Canada post and we haven’t had one for months. Pure fabricated garbage, not fit for the bird cage.

    @Shawhelp This seems to happen more frequently with Shaw. This is very disrputive and quite annoying. Please fix your services, hardware or infrastruture to ensure this doesn't happen so often. Seriously considering transfering over to Telus now.

    @Shawhelp 90 minutes of calling into your call center for help with my Internet issues has resulted in constant dropped calls on your end. And your chat support via app is borderline non-existent tonight. As a 20+ year customer, this is beyond frustrating.

    @Shawhelp The last update is from 10:20PT for the Surrey outage. I just see more outages coming in and nothing resolved.

    @Shawhelp I’m in Surrey BC, according to your website it’s an issue across Surrey. This happened two weeks ago and it took 18 hrs to fix

    @Shawhelp This is the absolute last straw with Shaw. Second time this month there is an Outage in my area. Canada Day, my internet was out for 28 hours. Today it's been out for over 12 hours now. I would like compensation as I feel like I shouldn't have to front a $300 bill..
