@Shawhelp Thanks, Jack! You guys must be exceptionally busy these days. I've just gotten off the phone with someone. It was a tough and confusing issue, but the support agent did what she could. Figures crossed the problem is solved.

  • Leafguy38 Leafguy (@Leafguy38) reported

@ShawInfo Make you return equipment by mail even though there is a store right down the street. Then send you to collections even before your next billing cycle even though they already got the equipment back. Crooks

  • DaddyR69 Roland van Kaauwen (@DaddyR69) reported

@Shawhelp Jack !!! On hold now with customer service for 35 minutes. Almost $200 a month for services I hardly use and can’t even contact your offices. This is outright ridiculous !!

  • peterlprete Shane! Come back! (@peterlprete) reported

@Shawhelp only 55 minutes on hold today, keep up the great customer service....NOT

  • CstHesse J Schelly (@CstHesse) reported

@BrowntoBure @TELUSsupport @Shawhelp S'alright. Only thing I'll say is when power goes out or I have to move a cable box, the system goes down and stays down. Gotta call them and get them to reset something on their side. Been three times doing this now. Channels, picture clarity, menus are all good tho

  • CannabisCommen1 Better 'Berta (@CannabisCommen1) reported

Hey, @ShawInfo - I'm trying to be a new customer. Your website keeps directing me to bundles, which I don't want, and the hold music was overwhelming enough that I hung up after 6 minutes on hold without talking to someone. This doesn't bode well for a happy relationship so far.

  • brittdales Brittany (@brittdales) reported

Shaw Internet has been out since yesterday at my home in St. Charles, noticing a bunch of St. James residents having Shaw internet and cable issues over the past 24-48 hours as well. Any idea when this will be remedied? @Shawhelp

  • shaqdaddy32 Kenny Andrews (@shaqdaddy32) reported

@Shawhelp A technician was supposed to come and install internet and cable today and they never came.

@Shawhelp If you answer ur customer calls that will be a big help,if ur online chat response to customer needs that will be a big help, you know what if i had ever felt sorry in my life it will be the day I signed 2 years contract with ur service,i am paying money for nothing

  • JSteblyk JSteblyk (@JSteblyk) reported

@Shawhelp it's been a month and u still can't behoove I'm now paying more money for slower service. I would have tweeted sooner but it took forever to load a mobile twitter page on a brand new phone while standing beside my modem. How is that even possible?
