i’m kristina, & i have zero chill (@zerochilllll) reported4th @ShawInfo tech is here since mid-August and he can’t get any modem or cable to work. We pay ~$250/month for the highest cable+internet and still have BAD wifi (if at all) and it’s beyond frustrating. Plus, when I call, tech support says it’s my fault! 😤
