    @Shawhelp Shaw customer since Jan/2022. Just found out the postal code on my account together with the email address was incorrect. Spoke to a representative who told me it was not possible to correct the postal code on my account. Why??

    @Shawhelp Used link provided by you to bypass all the BS, tried to explain like it said to do, timed out every time. Left explanation with Customer Service. Waiting 1 month now, no response. All day today, service has been cutting out. FED UP. Patience is useless. So is Shaw.

    @Shawhelp, there's no service outage on the website but some of St Vital (MB) seems to be out. Restarting the gateway doesn't help. Anything going on that's not been reported yet?

    @Shawhelp What have you been doing with your system the last couple of months numerous outages in the Calg area, our cable just quit again tonight why am i paying 214 a month for crappy service!

    @ShawInfo : I use Shaw internet services which rocks. Period. However. Calling Tech-Support could be a challenge. Some of them are hard to understand. Some from the same group are pretty arrogant. Some of them will ask you if Vancouver is an island or mainland. Bizzare.

    @Shawhelp cannot believe it is happening again for several days always from mid evening - TV feed blacks out for several seconds every 10-30 seconds. Increasing in frequency and lengtg. Had a few support calls on this not establishing cause before requiring a reset a Shaws end.

    Another attempt at contacting @TwitchSupport. My stream has been buffering for users for two months now, but there's seemingly no issues with anything on my end. @shawinfo seem confident that it isn't an issue on their end. I can stream to other sites just fine. Just Twitch.

    Due to move, had to go from @TELUS to @ShawInfo. AWFUL! Equipment from the dark ages - most poorly designed interface - 4 button clicks on a POS remote to access recordings. It's 2022. Also, unless u pay tons of money for a la carte, stuck w/stations not wanted incl. Fox. Sucks!
