@Shawhelp No. This is what happens every time a technician comes out. He tells us we need work done on the line. And then nothing happens. For a year. We need better service than that. How else can you help!

@Shawhelp please can you help us. We have been waiting patiently. Each time I contact you you send me to your help centre or chat line and we get nowhere. They are very nice but they can’t help us. We need a crew to check the line on the road. We do not need a house call.

@Shawhelp This achieves nothing. I'm going to need something larger than this. We had active incident tickets that ended up being closed and nothing fixed. I'm sitting at 6% loss. You have employees that work here from this address and THEY can't work or access VPN's WHAT WILL BE DONE

I forgot to say, telling me “Good news. Someone is working on it” and then nothing for 12 hours?? To tell me good news. Again and zero idea of when we might get service again. @Shawhelp I expect more. Is that unreasonable for what we pay?? #FAIL #yyc

@Shawhelp I mean, you can tell me why I spent almost $200 a month for constant outages and inconsistencies in service. You can tell me why my friends and I spend hundreds on groceries for food for a hockey party only to be forced to pack up and leave. Frustrated is an understatement.

@Shawhelp Yes we need help. We need help today. We’ve been waiting for a year. A year ago we were told there was flapping on the line. And it would get fixed. Nobody has ever come to fix it and we have been a squeaky wheel and it has not helped.
