@Shawhelp I am so frustrated our internet keeps randomly dropping. We called and all they did was a upgrade for internet rather than fix the hardware. Now we're stuck on a 2-year contract and internet that won't stay connected to our laptops and just drops randomly.

@Shawhelp Seriously, Shaw. Every month another call up-selling services. Every time the same response from me: what I have now doesn’t work, customer service is non-existent, why would I add more? Still you call, to remind me to update the countdown till my contract is done?

@Shawhelp any issues with internet service in Calgary? Ours has been in and out for the past two days. When it is working, it’s extremely slow. Reset the modem multiple times, no change.

@mayppong @TELUS @Shawhelp I mean if the customer service sucks from both, at least I could have internet that works right. But Telus has to upgrade from 'tin cans and string' out here to make that work or we're stuck with 'we don't know why your internet doesn't work please stop asking' Shaw
