    @Shawhelp I’ve had 2, and they both have. I am just disappointed and done with this modem. Service used to be so much better.

    @Shawhelp The site keeps hanging. I get an error saying to wait or close the site. It’s slow as heck. The site shows an error saying it can’t pull up billing information. Shows a $0 balance when it’s not.

    @Shawhelp question, when watching the 4k stream of an Oil game it goes all pixelated and looks terrible, this happens many many MANY times in just a few min.. how do we solve this??

    @Shawhelp is there an outage in Strathmore, AB for Rogers / Shaw internet service? What is the estimated time for a fix? Your outage map says no problems.
