Hey @shawinfo? The CRTC tells me that, if my/your simultaneous substitution problem continues, to inform them of every instance and, if it amounts to enough, they can force compensation. Guess what I will be doing every time this issue arises?

@Shawhelp I have been having problems with a few HD channels, this has been going on for 2 months. The first time I mentioned it was via a chat, next time was DM. There is some picture but mainly scrambled pixels. I shouldn't have to pay full pop for less than 100% product.

I also suggest that @shawinfo's TV/internet service/technical support are such **** that they are over with complaints, and that is why they just refuse to compensate.
