    @Shawhelp worst customer service ever. Issue wifi router keeps shutting down chatting with tech since 8:30 am hands off to another tech have to start all over again next tech does the same. Still not working at 14:00. Called @TELUSsupport making the switch.

    @Shawhelp Is there a reason I have an ongoing issue with my Shaw Cable, including lack of sound at times; slow reaction from remote to TV; frozen screen during most TSN World Junior live broadcasts; etc? I have unplugged modem too many times to correct my issue.

    @ShawInfo moving your service is an impossible mission. I had to talk to 8 different agents, and finally they gave me another appointment. 1 month to move the services. #wfh and #studingfromhome with you is almost impossible. Your service is really bad.

    @Shawhelp I feel like I’m falling through the cracks, 3 missed appointments and no one calling me back to either fix missed appts or reschedule. I’m supposedly waiting for dispatch or Manager call back. FYI. Tech support said nothing more they can do, what can you do?

    OK - nothing but headaches with telecommunications companies in Northern Alberta - @ShawInfo your technician is wonderful fixing my Dad’s satellite tv - but now I need to call customer service to buy a new package before the tv works? My Dad is paying for service - provide it!

    Hey @Shawhelp - why does my connection in Deep Cove constantly drop out? I can't see evidence of it loosing sync on the modem, just complete outage of internet as if a gateway has failed.

    whelp awesome. we were moving and did everything @Shawhelp told us to do in the time they said and it didn't work and they have us without help or internet until next week. why was i saying i was pleased with their customer service?
