@Shawhelp is it ok to drive across a downed Shaw cable line? Seeing as nobody will come and fix the line across my sisters driveway until Tuesday. Line laying across several driveways and no help from Shawcable.

@callunacarbon @Shawhelp Mine has been up and down allll day. And it goes down just long enough to be annoying, before coming back up. Even after a full modem/router reset.

Why does my TV screen freeze, goes black and then restarts? Getting tired of this Shaw, you had technicians at my house twice in the past month, the blue Shaw van was at the box. Still problems but you expect me to pay my bill by Feb 10. I don’t think so @ShawInfo

@Shawhelp I don’t need help resolving, but could you answer my last question in this thread? How my 2.4ghz SSID got renamed. Example of “clever” names I set myself in router settings: “MYWIFI_2.4ghz” “MYWIFI_5ghz” Was changed to (before I fixed yesterday): “MYWIFI_5ghz” and “MYWIFI_5ghz”

How do I talk to someone in my local @Shawhelp office instead of people who don't want to help. I just got hung up on by @ShawInfo customer service for asking about my local office!!

@Shawhelp how come your website doesn’t give a number to call? If our internet is out you want us to pay to use your website service without internet? In a pandemic? With reduced income???

@Shawhelp Hi there, prime video app on my Chromecast with Google tv does not work until I turn off protected browsing (Blue Curve ). Is this a known issue and is their a workaround?
