    @Shawhelp In Nanaimo I have had no reception on Crave2 and CTVDRM . I was told it was a known issue and being looked at, it has been 3 weeks since that chat and a month total. This could be the issue that makes me change providers. The cost has me looking at other options as it is.NOTHAPPY

    @Obijared @204Jones @Shawhelp Also waiting on a reply mine has been in and out for about an hour can load the page and then not load the next page etc but im not in a complete outage

    I believe @Shawhelp (in person & social media) never honours/ fulfills a former client's request to stop with the snail mail. So I ask Internet Marketing division to stop it altogether & be a proper example w #ShawTreeSpree #environmentalism. There's other ways to get clients.

    @Shawhelp my internet has not worked since yesterday’s outage in St Albert, cable is fine. I have restarted everything multiple times.

    @Shawhelp Is there a service outage northeast Winnipeg? We think a lightning strike might have disrupted the internet here. We have no signal, despite power cycling the modem. Our neighbours report the same.
