    Shaw Internet is always down. What an absolute joke of a company pulling this stunt on a Sunday night. The amount of money you guys charge you don’t have the right to be down for a single second. @Shawhelp

    @NickPaisano @Shawhelp This is happening way too often. I am tired of the send us a dm trouble ticket, have you tried the trouble shooting steps BS. It is clear these are wide area outages not individual subscriber issues.

    @Shawhelp Hi there, BlueCurve TV is cutting in and out in Edmonton (not in area listed as having an outage on your website though). We've done the troubleshooting so am thinking there may be another outage? Tried phoning first but the automated phone system told me to message you- thanks!
