    @Shawhelp No worries, @telus is helping out. The customer support person I spoke with at Shaw really did not care that I asked about the termination of my business.

    @Shawhelp I just need to know where to send the modem. Or if I can drop it off at a Shaw store in the mall. I've had Shaw internet for ~20 years and have not been let down like this before.

    @Shawhelp got a solution for these garbage hitron modems? Can't maintain a network connection at all... Same problems as years ago - the reason I left shaw. Why are you still using this junk?

    @ShawInfo by far the worst customer experience I recieved ever! I will be canceling my services and cut ties with Shaw completely in the next few days.I can't believe your agents attitude towards any of your customers. I will not recommend Shaw to anyone!
