    @Shawhelp outage in Surrey - you keep saying check the community pages but they haven't been updated for 3 hours. 12+ hours of outage is unacceptable, some of us need the internet to make a living.

    Looking for some tech help. Apparently there is a known issue for @Shawhelp emails not being compatible with the iOS mail app past 14.0. Just got a new phone through @RogersHelps and email won’t work. Have spent hours with Shaw trying to fix. Has anyone overcome this? #winnipeg

    Honestly if @Shawhelp was more transparent with this whole outage issue people wouldn't be upset. I just want to know if I will need to go to a friend's house with Telus Internet tomorrow for work or if I'm staying home and working. It's not that hard to give somewhat of an eta.
