    @Shawhelp no cable for 3 days in Edmonton near Southgate. My husband has had Numerous chats with customer service (rude, condescending) If rebooting all 3 TVs 4+ times each does not help there is a problem. No additional help. Technician request denied. Still no cable.

    @Shawinfo taking TWO weeks to send someone out to fix YOUR issue is inexcusable. My parents are missing the entire playoffs. They are seniors & watching hockey together (from separate provinces) is a treasured experience. You call that “customer service” ?? Disgusting.

    @Shawhelp Can you get that information for us? If that status page was able to refer to “the complexity of the outage” this morning, surely someone knows, right?

    @Shawhelp Charlie, that’s unfortunate. It’s been the entirety of the day, there must be some other update available. Many folx are working from home or in my case doing online classes and rely heavily on the internet service shaw provides.

    @Shawhelp Our internet connection has been out off and on all weekend. I think the temporary patch cable your tech ran last time has finally failed. Help!
