    How are we supposed to get a hold of anyone after hours (10pm)? Almost every other night we have a cable, phone and internet outage and its too late at night to get a hold of anyone. I thought you had 24 hour service. @Shawhelp

    @Shawhelp My shaw internet just went out everything is plug in I tried resetting and its not coming back on is their an outage,been out for 20mins

    @Shawhelp No, it was an outage that was happening the moment I tweeted you. You know, ShawHelp really doesn’t… generally the response is “I don’t see anything”… “it happened earlier” is a new one. The last thing I will ever expect to hear from you is, yes, you are right there’s a problem
