It's been a rough week with our @Shawhelp service this week. 1. Automatic firmware upgrade pooched our wired internet, after 2 hours of troubleshooting where they would not accept that it was their modem causing the problems instead of all of our wired devices we got a visit /1

@Shawhelp Sorry, had to edit. All of my access to all of my paid channels within Crave has vanished. I have Starz, HBO etc..and nothing is loading. Help?

@Shawhelp trying to stream a show & it's buffering every 30sec - 1 min. Been kicked out 3 times in 45 mins. Hubby was kicked off Zoom meeting once. Have reset & turned off the WiFi on idle devices. Never had an issue with streaming & running a meeting b4. Lakewood SC, Saskatoon

Since @ShawInfo hiked my monthly internet fees +$40 in 2021, and technical support has degraded to the point of unusable, I think it's may be finally time to migrate away from Shaw. Looking for recommendations for Internet Service Provider in Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley? #YVR

@Shawhelp Shaw internet has been down almost every other morning in surrey since last week. Please tell us beforehand when services will be down so we can at least expect it. This is super frustrating for people who are working at home and for students as well.
