Yo @Shawhelp y'all gotta fix your **** with Bluecurve. I might as well just be illegally streaming games at this point. Constantly freezing, losing audio, dropping the signal completely for 40 seconds at a time all week.

@Shawhelp I’m not really sure how many more times I can hear “we’re not sure what’s causing your problem. We’ve changed the modem and it looks like there’s an issue with the tap. We can’t fix it if we don’t know what’s causing it.”

@TJAllred @ShawInfo I know. Terrible. Who do you use for Internet? I was thinking of switching to @TELUS, but so can’t get fast Internet packages where so live.
