Sigh. Booked my move @Shawhelp a month ago but apparently they just decided to upgrade my service and never decided to enter the move. Now taking an unspecified work vacation while I wait around to find out when they are sending tech. This is why I booked this a month ago. Sigh.

Hey @Shawhelp, I was just informed that Shaw is switching accounts over to Gmail like Telus just did. I found it out from my printer support as our scan to email stopped working. Is this true? As a Shaw customer, I haven't received any communication re this.

@Shawhelp Just wrapped the call. I will be getting a call back in 24 to 48 hours once the "backend error" has been corrected. They also are sending over a service tech on Sunday as the "radio signal is week" even though Speedtst shows 600+mps via Wifi but the Wifi Pods will not connect.

@davedotca @Shawhelp They no longer have phone support at night. Had to go onto their chat service on their website. Took one hour to get them to order me a new remote after trialling all of the technical possibilities as to the possible source of the issue.Remote arrived within a week.

@Shawhelp on both the browser chat and iMessage, the bot will tell me it’s going to connect me with a live agent, then nothing. Is it broken?
