Allikat (@Fenwycke) reported@JenniferGurke @ShawInfo Honestly we did the back and forth switcheroo for years. We’d cancel when the deal ran out and just keep basic phone until the competitor showed up with a new incentive. We just couldn’t afford normal prices for tv service.

Bills are a ******* mess of gibberish and when you cancel be prepared to get a bill in the mail 2-3 months later saying you still owe money and that it’s gone to collections
