Not once did I get (outwardly) mad at the customer service reps I spoke with. Be kind even when annoyed.

How can I get find out about outages without having to call in? How can I avoid losing internet again because this is happening frequently in my area.

Before checking to see if the plan is available in my area (spoiler alert: not available).

Now the modem says downstream connection.Customer support gets technician for only for tomorrow. Credits dont help for disruption to work.
