    @Shawhelp We don’t have internet right now. We have nothing. We waited almost 2 weeks for a service call appointment today and no one showed up. Not happy.

    Amazingly disappointed with @ShawInfo who, apparently, seem to think it's fine to screw with @TekSavvyNetwork and their customers by demanding a laundry list of diagnostic tests to check a fault, despite the fact the fault was previously checked and never resolved.

    Hey @ShawInfo your service has sucked the last couple of days in the Clareview area. It keeps dropping out. Router says all is fine but no Internet. Which is really a piss off at night when I'm stuck up sleepless. And during the day when my wife is trying to earn a living. Fix it
