@Shawhelp We're still having issues with Internet connectivity days after you reset our modem & we've been rebooting modems, computers, resetting adapters etc to no avail.

@JenniferGurke @ShawInfo Honestly we did the back and forth switcheroo for years. We’d cancel when the deal ran out and just keep basic phone until the competitor showed up with a new incentive. We just couldn’t afford normal prices for tv service.

@Shawhelp just wondering if there are internet issues in the R2C 5M9 area of Winnipeg? I can't connect any of my devices but my cable tv is working.

@JenniferGurke @ShawInfo One of the happiest days of my life was taking the MTS modem to the post office to mail it back to them. Too many issues to list. Valley Fiber since. Better service, no issues, cheaper. No question.

@Shawhelp Is it normal to have to power cycle your cable boxes a few time a week in order for them to work? What about when your PVR recordings refuse to play? I mean, the box apologizes for the inconvenience, but I'm not sure that's enough. Any help?

@JenniferGurke @ShawInfo Bell MTS is terrible….you get what you pay for. Customer service hours are very limited. Bills are a ******* mess of gibberish and when you cancel be prepared to get a bill in the mail 2-3 months later saying you still owe money and that it’s gone to collections
