    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp it’s been 1 weeks since I have got on GIG + internet. Your team says speed varying between 700-800 is acceptable? I see only 400 🙄And yeah, you haven’t adjusted my bill even! Any fix? Or buyer remorse route 🤷

    @ShawInfo Please tell Vancouver customers why their internet and landlines were down this morning. No connection for 2+ hours. Annoying enough but without any follow-up explanation, it makes us think it will happen again.

    @ShawInfo just wanted to let you know that your services are pathetic and for a 300MBPS plan you provide 15MBPS speed and every time your support team wants us to be hardwired. So just wanted to confirm can you hardwire my Phone and IPad to your Modem (Junk Box)?

    @Shawhelp That’s the page Ive been starting from. Tried both the “View Plans” and the Active Sim “Live Messaging” links on that page. Both end up opening the Chat where I enter some info from automated questions and then never get connected to anyone
