@Shawhelp Hey Shaw, working from home in Calgary downtown, and ur net is continuously disconnecting. video call or scrn share simply not possible. its bn happening fr quite some time. i know u guys share the bandwidth among users, but this is not the time for bad connection

@ShawInfo might offer the fastest internet in Alberta, but it’s by far the most unstable too. Yeah, you get speed, but no reliability.

@Shawhelp why has there been frequent outages in south Calgary? I’m trying to work from home and it’s not working! My company has adopted a paperless office model - felt to better protect client info, be better for planet, and allow us to work from anywhere. BUT we need Internet!

@ShawInfo is honestly the worst company. I cancelled my shaw cause their service was garbage and they refused to fix my cable stating that "its your fault its saying bad gateway". So I cancelled and switched to telus.

Me having to run around in the rain to get a halfway decent data signal ($85/month btw) to attempt to open MyShaw Mobile, only for the app to repeatedly crash when I try to open it is the epitome of the @Shawhelp customer experience.
