@Shawhelp my internet is down again...... Like this is happening once every 2 weeks now. This is absolutely ridiculous. What's the point in paying for a service that constantly underperforms and has constant issues?

@Shawhelp I shouldn't have to reach out. To me it's shady that I have to call you or reach out. You know where and when the outages are! You should offer these compensations as good business practice to make up for the LACK of service. This is not a 1 off situation this happens EVERY month

@GlenMah @ShawInfo @Shawhelp My parents were a 20 year customer. Switched to #Bell for rural satellite. Excellent customer service. Shaw had basically mailed it in.
