    @Shawhelp R U having problems in Newton, Surrey? can't get channel 145 at all, others in the 100 range very, very slow to load. All sets in house doing the same.

    @ShawInfo over 9 hrs without internet!? Seriously?! I complained to chat and all they were interested in was verifying my identity... passphrases etc... and not that I had no Internet for 9 hrs! Seriously get your priorities in order when there is an outage!!!!!

    @MattCella @Shawhelp Ive been having weird red/blue colour issues on my HD feed of Golf Channel for weeks! I'm using the Motorola DCX 3400M box. All other channels are fine...same issue for you? Any solution?

    @maybe_yes_sir @Shawhelp Same issue for me too. Said it was a known issue and they are aware and working on it. No timeline on when it may be fixed.

    @MattCella @Shawhelp They're sending a tech to my place on Sunday morning, although i'm doubtful they'll be able to fix anything, because as you said it's an issue around the region. Buddy of mine in Squamish is having same issue. Super frustrating as 90% of my TV watching is GC.
