It's really frustrating. We use @ShawHelp as our Internet provider and love it. But I'm in the hospital on a Bell MTS wifi network, and am always having trouble sending e-mail from my Shaw account. On the occasional times I get on to Shaw Open, the messages go through fine.

@Shawhelp @hartreef_singh Dont waste your time.They simply have no concept of customer service and do not care about you or any others. reps are untrained and I feel for them as they have to put up w the anger and are supplied ZERO information..talked to a rep today, after a 2 hour wait n they had no clue

@SaskTelSupport Coming up on 11 hours.. Came from @Shawhelp in BC. Outages through cut lines, lightning strikes, snow and hail storms; never in 20 years have they taken this long to repair. What exactly did you do to your lines?!
