Bella Bee (@SmileyYYC) reportedWTF .@shawhelp ????? You decide to go down during #HockeyDayInCanada ! 😡

Quinn Mason MD (@boondocksdoc) reported@Shawhelp @Shawhelp unfortunately no widespread outage on your site and no alert banner in my app under my account. Trying to access troubleshooting just continues a never ending loop of selecting your device then a page that bounces back to select your device. Not user friendly.

Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp We did it all. It turned out Shaw hadn't properly registered the devices. 2 hours spent on the 'easy swap out' new modem (1 hr w tech support). Worse problems with the TV swapout, still unresolved. 1 hr trying everything, 1 hr waiting for tech support, 1 hour w it. New box needed

Anne (@anelame) reported@Shawhelp need to boom an appointment with tech as phone line is down. Been on hold/queue for 2h This is madness
-
Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp I’ve been trying for a while for a solution, but it looks like we will end up changing providers next month, as we have not found a solution and I’m not the only one who has this issue with the X series modems.

🙀🛸 (@cartfullofcats) reported@Shawhelp Not even really the point. It looks like you've broken our contract with no explanation. But we'll look into our options.

Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@M_S_Fricker @ShawInfo @RogersHelps The average time I've been on hold for tech support is 45 min+. Rogers doesn't want you to get any help from a human being - they want you to do everything online yourself despite the fact most tech problems can't be helped online. And the music sucks!
-
Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported@Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.

Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp The new cable-less TV boxes are terrible: everytime the WiFi is interrupted by less than a nanosecond, it crashes. I end up watching on apps instead. So-called 'progress' is actually worse than the tech before it.

Vanessa (@Noosiekins) reported@Shawhelp We ended up setting up email forwarding, but I don't know if everything is forwarded. It's terrible because I am already using an E-sim so I changed all my 2 factor authentication to email...and well now my email is up in the air. Also it's only incoming that's blocked.
