All of a sudden we’re having issues with our @ShawInfo internet at home, no issues for the last year plus, just as they’re running the “is your wifi dropping…? Get Shaw wifi 6” ads everywhere.

@Shawhelp This is unacceptable in 2022. Trying to rip people off money and not providing service. Called your technical team and was passed on to still be charged, after I have tried to move service. This is not acceptable behavior in this day and age.

On forever-hold with @Shawhelp to cancel our long-suffering internet service. Ages on hold, music mixed with loud static and product pitches for guest wifi that will ‘give insights’ and let us send targeted ads. A dream experience to be sure.

@Shawhelp That's too bad. We got a year to go on our current plan and I wouldn't touch Bell/MTS with a 10 foot pole, but the Rogers/Shaw merger has me pissed off and I know customers are going to get gouged again. Oh well time to look at Starlink I guess. Thanks.
