@Shawhelp our Bluecurve TV hasn't been working for over an hour now...are there issues in North Langley? I've unplugged it...and plugged it back in....and I'm just getting a black screen. Guide works for a second...but if I change the channel the channel isnt showing the program.

@Shawhelp Glad to see a phone number now, but once you connect on MyShaw we can’t never find a phone number, a phone number is very easy to be found when buying a Shaw Product! Called that number and had someone within 1 min trying to sell me a Shaw Product! Managed to get the issue solved

@Shawhelp Is there someway you can fix the pixelation and cutting out of your higher channels? Its getting to be a regular thing in #yvr and teally annoying. I pay for clear channels, not this bullshit. Shall i move to #Telustv?

@Shawhelp As I said, it happens on several channels. Not only Sportsnet. My neighbours have a satellite dish and their SN360 isn’t glitching at all. The SN app also works fine. It is 100% Shaw. Some local techs in Medicine Hat have even admitted it being an issue.
