Get this… I tried to call @ShawInfo to cancel Paul JR’s internet because he won’t be moving back to his apartment. They want a $300 cancellation fee and his past due balance of $117 paid or they’ll continue to bill him the full amount of $115/mth for a service he can’t use

Hey @Shawhelp - we’re having all sorts of trouble with our Bluecurve modem it seems. Keeps disconnecting and pausing various devices then connecting them with what looks a new device. Please help!

@Shawhelp why can't your representatives help and walk through an elderly lady to set up her Shaw email on a new tablet. Instead you leave her frustrated and confused asking anyone else for help who don't know your server configurations. You used to have good customer service
