@shenif @ShawInfo Lmao. All cell phone providers were having problems but I did not have any with my shaw. So at most it dealt with the same problems. Myself and two family members all have shaw without issue. I had a 30 min convo zero issue yesterday.

@ShawInfo your customer service people and technical support system are terrible. You really need to train them better and allow them to use common sense instead of relying on a playbook.
