@Shawhelp That I’m paying for monthly. The lines out back are so bad tech surprised it works at all. Only have cable with shaw. Those lines also need upgrades as tech changed all connections in the house

Ugh. @Shawhelp screwed up my renewal, so I was forced to renew for $5 more than I was told on original call. They never actually renewed the 2 year plan. Person gave me $50 Bill credit, but still I’ll pay an extra $70 than I should have over the course of 2 years. Frustrating.
