    @TSN_Sports Feed for World Juniors Can-Rus game is terrible - skipping, muting, freezing. Commercials are fine so it’s your end that is messing up, not my @Shawhelp end.

    @Shawhelp Almost 24 hours without internet. Couldn't work from home today so will I be seeing a credit on my account? Not to mention the money I couldn't make today. Not a happy customer right now 😡😡

    My god, @Shawhelp has the worst customer service on the planet. Can't watch the #WorldJuniors, TV is black, and they don't employ human beings anymore. Guess the switch to @TELUS is going to happen sooner than we thought

    @Shawhelp Any problems in Lake Country BC. Channels go to black and silent, then come back after a couple of seconds. This happens 4 to 5 times a minute then not for about 15 minutes, then starts again, on all channels.

    @Shawhelp Internet has been down for almost a day (Day!) now in Guildford in Surrey, B.C. The last update was at 1:15 pm. Could we get a definitive ETA instead of stringing information? Providing more info is the least you could do at the moment, which you haven't done so far.

    @Shawhelp been having issues all day with Shaw Bluesky cutting out, pixelating, glitching, and all around crappy signal. And before you ask, did all the reboots and resets. I should work for #shaw as the only answer is to reboot. #trysomethingelse #bebetter
