  @TazandGiosmom @Shawhelp The pod in my pic has a port at the top. Wonder if that's what they were promising you and never delivered on. And yeah, the modem and boxes are great in a bungalow or apartment. Absolutely useless in multilevel homes.

  @NapsAndSarcasm @Shawhelp The square thing is beside every tv; my modem is on the main floor (recommended by shaw) and I have a network switch thingy in the basement) when I signed up for blue curve I was told I’d be getting portals that could hardwire directly to the tv via Ethernet. They lied
