    @followthetwitt @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Shaw used to be so fast and resolve issues, but something happened. They kept sneaking the prices up, so when a rep came by my door with that deal I switched and never looked back. Optik with fibre ✅ No matter though, both will always have issues trying to reach by phone.

    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Does it do that on every single TV or just one? Also when you say you need to 'unplug the box' is that just the little box or have you tried to cold reboot the main router? I find mine gets laggy at times and voice command/pvr sucks I have to hard reboot the main box.
