    @Shawhelp The new cable-less TV boxes are terrible: everytime the WiFi is interrupted by less than a nanosecond, it crashes. I end up watching on apps instead. So-called 'progress' is actually worse than the tech before it.

    @Shawhelp I’m getting no signal on one of my tvs and the box underneath has no lights but the other boxes do. I changed the hdmi cable and still nothing.

    @Shawhelp Still down. Trying a refresh of TVs. Prefer not to reboot xb7 as it takes down all of my security cams for 20 minutes

    @Shawhelp My email is out for the 3rd time in a week. I can not log into webmail OR my account. I pay you a small fortune for service and all I get his problems

    @RhonaRaskin @RogersHelps @Shawhelp I feel your pain. I’ve had cell issues for some time. It’s not my phone but Roger’s. Text messages are delayed and/or I don’t receive them. And my phone defaults to Edmonton time? When I dealt with Shaw previously issues were better resolved and promptly.

    @Shawhelp But it's time consuming, the TV settings show our WiFi signal is strong & everything else in the house works, so why should I? It's just the tech concept is faulty.

    Dealing with @Shawhelp @Rogers even when all you did is cancel your longtime Shaw service.. But they keep billing you and hitting you with late charges and threatening cancellation… …when you have already cancelled and sent back modem & tv box, proven by courier waybill.

    @Shawhelp No. It looks like someone found the issue when they came back to work on Monday … next time, please just have someone go to a TV and check for me please. Sometimes the easy way can be easy …
