    @Shawhelp gotta say for all the money I pay for internet with you guys it should be a hell of a lot more reliable. My service is down AGAIN. Is it your service or is it the crappy 7 year old router I’m still having to rent from you jokers. Nice to have it all fixed.

    @ShawInfo your online help is easily the most useless form of help. 1 hour of messaging and still have not once been asked how to fix my problem. You guys absolutely SUCK!!!!!!!

    @Shawhelp seriously ticked off about how you have locked down WiFi settings in the blue curve gateways, some people need to be able to change these settings, I have customers calling me because their smart devices will no longer connect because we can't separate 2.4 and 5ghz...
