First day of the new season and of course my internet out of the blue dies. @Shawhelp your service is beyond horrible. Its actually shocking how ****** and unstable every aspect of this business works. Knowing my luck im going to be overcharged again on my next bill.

1st wait 3 hours, 2nd call waited 2.5 hours, 3rd call waited an hour. When it seems to be improving the rep said she will transfer me to account services but instead doesn’t transfer my call or hang up. I can hear all the chatting in the background. Wow! Great service @ShawInfo
