    @Shawhelp Because it’s a loud modem from the start/ in general. The worst modem I’ve ever had. I honestly miss our old modem.

    @Shawhelp hey pals, I my internet has ceased working a couple times tonight and I'm wondering if there is an outage near the community of Sunalta in Calgary. The modem light is solid white but neither my wifi or Ethernet produce internet. I have power cycled the modem.

    @Shawhelp Thanks. I have been trying to use the chat since 9AM. The auto log out feature every 10 minutes is brutal when you have to hold for support for at least hours. The only reason I stayed with Shaw is because you have had better support than Telus, historically.

    @Shawhelp It's a shaw email problem, do you still service shaw email? None of the questions asked lead me to that. Has Rogers taken over all of it now?

    I miss the coaxial days. Live sports are delayed so bad that sports apps notifications go off first @Shawhelp

    Hello, @Shawhelp @Rogers - have been trying to get through to customer service for several days now. Can be in chat for several hours and all it says is β€œWe are currently experiencing a delayed response. Please wait.” The customer service has tanked. Together with Shaw?
