    @Shawhelp Shaw services appear to be down for most of the community of Springbrook. I’ve lost phone, internet and cable as have many of my neighbors.

    @Shawhelp My internet is down for 56 hours now. Can't believe how much they charge for such ****** service. I am seriously considering to switch to Telus.

    @ShawInfo our Tech Rep was to arrive between 2pm and 4pm. Do you think it is good business to contact customer at 4:04pm to let customer know Tech will not be arriving between 2-4pm and you will reschedule? Hint #NotGoodCustomerService

    @ShawInfo can’t wait to port out from Shaw mobile services. They have the worst plan in Canada. They offer 25GB data but only 2GB nationwide data. 95% time, nationwide data is what needs to be used. @Shawhelp so frustrating! Fix your plans!

    @Shawhelp been in chat for 51 mins so far. Finally we've established the modem, (installed by a tech), is too far away from the source. Online customer service isnt being helpful. Trying to sell me a modem, or bring a tech in, but not answer whether the tech fee is waived.

    @ShawInfo you are out of touch! Your customer service has absolutely cratered along with your cable tv service. I guess that’s what happens when you become a monopoly.

    Sorry again for the internet drops. @shawhelp decided to cut service to my old router when it was working fine and made me go to a different one. which now cant seem to stay connected for more then 10 minutes at a time
