    @Shawhelp just wanted to thank you for your incredibly fab customer service today. Called to close my account and was told it would close Feb 15. Stupidly I asked why this date and agent said he would check. Returned to announce it was closed as of NOW😡

    TIL @shawinfo doesn't support any modems over 300mbps that allow control of the DNS Settings I am really not looking fwd to having to switch providers.

    @Shawhelp I’m currently without internet, missing a prof acred exam that started mins ago. closer to failing every min, cuz I have no access to internet. No outages showing on site, but your bot chat claims outage. Can’t reach an agent. On hold. No way to get updates. Seriously?

    When asked to turn it back on as I had never asked to close TODAY was told this was only possible thru a 2yr “value” plan. On hold for 20 min as @Shawhelp tries to figure out how to own up to its own errors - ask any 2 yo how to do it: apologize, admit your mistake and FIX THEM😡

    @Shawhelp PM coming. Pls also advise as to why you show no outages on your website for northern Alberta, yet your chat bots tell me my Edmonton location has an outage? What is the value of your update service and outage information if it hasn’t published this outage after 3 hr w/o service?
