    @Shawhelp Hi We need help with our wifi! We have two networks, one being your 5G product. Only one network works at a time, and the working one is usually very inconsistent with its strength. We also only get a signal in the front half of those, and none downstairs. Can you fix it?

    @Shawhelp wow 3pm and no wifi this is getting out of hand Shaw I'm getting sick of this excuse of a service, I want a new modem one that ACTUALLY works, I'm tired of paying for a broken modem that cannot stay connected, and before you say anything I did the whole reset

    @Shawhelp I'm at work. Wife is saying internet is down. No outages in the area. SE Calgary Deerview area. Reset router and still nothing. Any help?
