Tim Goos (@goos_tim) reported@Shawhelp I was at the Citadel Theatre in Edmonton last night. Phone connected to the shaw pass point service. It was abysmally slow. Turned wifi off to use lte instead. Wifi Signal needs some help in that building.

Kel Varnsen (@kel_varn) reported@Shawhelp The error “Something went wrong TVAPP-00115” is happening again when trying to cast with the Shaw TV app. I am able to cast with other apps. This is just an fyi, I won’t be contacting tech support for troubleshooting, it is a problem with the app.
