@ShawInfo left Canada but called twice before hand about returning equipment. Rep said they were mailing return labels to me but never arrived before leaving. Now I’m charged $50. This is not acceptable

@Shawhelp the service is drops everyday. What should I talk to make improve my service? (I even made an upgrade) by the way the steps you send to check my service is a complete lost of time.
