@Shawhelp Sorry doesn’t cut it anymore. 2 years as a Shaw Customer; every day I have 20-30 drops in service or significant outages. Shaw’s service is the worst I’ve had in 30 years of having cable/internet.

Hey @Shawhelp. Any advice for what to do when your BlueCurve app freezes during On Demand programs? Really frustrating when it starts over and you can't skip forward to the time it froze. Any idea when you will have a fix in place? Thanks
