    I swear to God @TELUSsupport THIS IS IT. Our internet just stopped completely with BOTH OF US WORKING from home and World Cup OVERTIME about to start. F you and your ****** service.Looks like we're going back to @Shawhelp

    @jsam10983741 @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp That's what I did cut it down to basic channels to completely no channels at all just have a wifi box instead. Instead stream things on my devices instead. The only thing I would ever watch on my tv channels was the news. I don't understand the idea of one remote for 4 tvs

    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Telus contracts their help overseas. Not hating on international people but it’s their way of saving money instead of paying local wages. It also makes it a pain when you’re trying to reference something locally and they pretend they know what you’re referring to.

    @Shawhelp Also got a credit for the months Visual Voicemail hasn't worked for me! $36, which nearly covers a month of service! Nice!

    @garymoen88 @TELUSsupport One of the reasons I stay with @Shawhelp , never waiting long for a reply from their service team. Have many an offer to switch to telus and I keep saying no.
