    @Shawhelp You can't just withdraw money because your system has flaws in it. I as a customer am not in control of canada post or your warehouse staff. It does not mean by default that I should be the one billed. I dropped it off at Canada Post as instructed my hands are clean.

    Rogers bore the brunt of rage when their network went down. @Shawhelp should feel the same with the multiple day situation in #yyc . No website updates. No ETA for a fix. Anyone else struggling with Shaw internet issues?

    @DCuplink @ShawInfo @comcast True, but that’s also not new either. They act like this is some magic new invention they came up with so they could lie even more about how **** their network was. Intentionally misleading IMO.

    On top of this, the representative that I was speaking to was rude, almost no help at all, and hung up on me. They kept telling me I should have kept my tracking information (for 3 months ths???) And that if it can't be tracked that's on me and not @Shawhelp 3/...

    @ShawInfo is the worst. #bluecurve is terrible. My 82 year old dad is upset that he pays a lot and it has so many issues.

    @Shawhelp @Denish222 Yes it is true. My internet goes down 2-3 times a week unexpectedly. Waiting for the contract to be over so I can move switch to Bell.
