    @Shawhelp I need some tech help resolving issues & differences with various email accounts as they work for both iphone/ipad and outlook on Windows. I am told emails are bouncing. Last time I tried to get this resolved because changes messed up history / downloads didn’t resolve.

    10 days to get a service tech from @shaw @ShawInfo. 10 days with no internet. If your family needs internet every day of the week then you should consider another provider. #poorservice #internet #lookelsewhere

    Another day has gone by and still no internet from @Shawhelp @ShawInfo. Working from home with no internet is difficult to say the least. Unfortunately @Shawhelp doesn't care enough to make this a priority. Now on day 5 of 10 with no internet. Look elsewhere for service

    Hey @Shawhelp you are about to lose my business. Day 3 of trying to move my service and the technician shows up and has no idea what he’s doing because the order was input wrong! Going over 4 hours of trying to get you to get this done. #poorservice

    @Shawhelp Shaw broke our contract by not providing service for a long period of time without compensation. Please chose another provider for Internet when making your decision

    Can confirm via @Shawhelp that known issue in our area (lawson) that is being worked on. Same issue happened at 10:15 last night. Hopefully tonight it’s fixed better than last night
