@Shawhelp why is it when I call in and request a call back rather than wait on hold then I get an auto call back, told I'm number one in the queue and am still waiting on hold over 40 minutes? This is awful service. A call back should be a real person.

@Shawhelp help!. We need a tech at our house to fix our internet. Vancouver. We need it for Sunday , since we are teaching on line on Monday. Tuesday is the latest a tech can show up but that is too late.
