Seems @Rogers is buying @ShawInfo and @FreedomMobile. Had just made the switch to Freedom last year and have been pretty happy, but after my contract expires, I’ll no longer be Freedom customer because I dislike Rogers *that* much. :(

  • KyleGerbrandt S. Kyle (@KyleGerbrandt) reported

@Rogers & @ShawInfo. How about no and **** off. The last thing we need is LESS competition. #Rogers #shaw #monopoly

  • Mr_HavalBarwari Haval Barwari (@Mr_HavalBarwari) reported

@ShawInfo @thehackergals Yeah disable comments on your acquisition post. It’s good for you guys but terrible for customers who will only see prices rise. What a joke.

  • wagcowan William Cowan (@wagcowan) reported

@Shawhelp hi, my internet keeps dropping off my laptop. It drops off between 10-20 times per day. Can you help me please?

  • Drew_38 Drew (@Drew_38) reported

@CRTCeng you should NOT allow @Rogers to purchase @ShawInfo! It is detrimental to basic canadian rights to chose a service provider for cable, internet, and cell phones. Is is also a detriment to the diversity of the telecommunications industry.

  • mvbenter Mike Benter (@mvbenter) reported

@604Now @AboutRogers @ShawInfo Not hard to figure out jobs. Reason companies merge is ton be more profitable after job redundancies are eliminated. Calgary corporate will disappear and be absorbed by Toronto and customer service will probably move to the east as well Rogers track record on merger is is abysmal

  • JosephBalin pablo freshcobar (@JosephBalin) reported

@Shawhelp Hey Steph, no worries for not having an ETA. Can you give us some sort of update please? Has the problem been identified? Should we be making alternative W.F.H. arrangements?

  • Laz0101 Lalalaland (@Laz0101) reported

@ShawInfo If this deal with Rogers goes thru. expect to lose many customers including this one. Id rather pay extra and get @elonmusk internet service than Rogers. But greed and money are king.

  • OneAcmeMan phenology expert (@OneAcmeMan) reported

Maybe Rogers buying Shaw means @Shawinfo tech support won't suck hippo-sized *** anymore jk it'll be even worse

  • Tanishageofroy Tanisha Geofroy (@Tanishageofroy) reported
