@Shawhelp Atleast have better answers than automated replies even for your “regular” outages. Such a bad customer experience. Instead of your ads which promote exactly opposite of what you provide, invest in fixing these issues.

@Shawhelp This is the absolute last straw with Shaw. Second time this month there is an Outage in my area. Canada Day, my internet was out for 28 hours. Today it's been out for over 12 hours now. I would like compensation as I feel like I shouldn't have to front a $300 bill..

@Shawhelp hi i can’t log into my shaw. Or login to apps to watch TV on them. We switched our TV from one account in Calgary to another account in Sorrento/Blind Bay, BC
