    @ShawInfo when I try to use their help chat. When agents see my problem. They simply disconnect the chat, and I have to try to start from the beginning for the next one to do the same thing. I am very unimpressed with Shaw’s customer service!

    @opiatedforty9 @Shawhelp @rachelrutledg16 Mine hasn’t worked since last night. I talked to someone at Shaw earlier and they told me I had to contact Disney+. I contacted them and they have a list of Shaw customers going that are having a problem and they are now working with Shaw to get it fixed

    @The_Mrs_Ward @Rogers @ShawInfo When I spoke to Shaw Customer service I was told it was a Disney issue & Disney was investigating/fixing. However he didn’t seem to comprehend that my Disney was working just fine on my iPhone app. So if it’s a Disney issue then both wouldn’t be working. Poor customer service.

    @ravenfairy13 @Rogers @ShawInfo Yes, Disney works well on all my other platforms, so I agree it has to be an issue with their app. I do wonder if now that Roger's has taken over if some testing is happening and messing things up.
