    @Shawhelp I called yesterday to change my number so that I could access my account. Yet when I got home, I tried to access it and it sent a confirmation code to my old number. Is your staff that incompetent that they can't fix one thing in a single effort?

    So. Over a day now without @Shawhelp fixing my Internet, TV, Wifi. Over 4h spent with live chat and a technician on the phone from Belize. They tried everything, “node” was down. Node is up, services still down. No physical technician for DAYS yet. I’ll be looking for a credit.

    Called @Shawhelp to renew my internet+cable+cell. The "deal" for the EXACT same thing I got now was 30% higher than what I'm currently paying. Zero flexibility. Zero incentive to renew. Plenty of incentive to cancel everything and switch.

    Very disappointed in the customer service from @Shawhelp I have never had issues with cancelling services form Sasktel or Telus. Will definitely not be a returning customer
