@Shawhelp Have talked to 4 reps about intermittent Internet service and am getting no where. Last one told me there is no record of my previous complaints. I bet the credit two of them said I would get has disappeared too. I am so frustrated with Shaw

@Shawhelp I'm fine with sharing it on here, surprised you folks can't make that simple change and would rather expose your customer to unlimited roaming charges. Strange Rogers can do it and you can't?

@Shawhelp @Denish222 Yes it is true. My internet goes down 2-3 times a week unexpectedly. Waiting for the contract to be over so I can move switch to Bell.

@Shawhelp And evenings. If you go to the Shaw outage report page it shows huge spike in people having problems with Shaw at the same time I am. But by all means send someone else out to disrupt my day and tighten some more screws

@Shawhelp I am trying to use the chat on the website to get support with the app. First time I got logged out so I started over with a new agent and now it says error. It shouldn't be this hard. I don't want to wait and then provide all my account information a third time

Hey @Shawhelp I am on day 3 of spotty internet. From neighbors on my local neighborhood app I have seen that it is a known line noise issue and that you are working on it although it is not listed on your outages website. Any eta on fix? I'm in Chinook Park Calgary.

Nearly 4 hrs on phone with @Shawhelp tech & billing = Zero help & arguments - for real. Turns out 2 way splitter was put in upside down in 2019! They have Zero records of my support or service calls. Refused to connect me with supervisors #ShawNoGo I'm moving to @TELUSsupport
