    @ShawInfo the absolute worst ******* cable/internet company out there. I am disgusted with your product, your horrible service and customer support. You manually turn my internet off because your support staff can’t understand English. I’m am now 90 minutes with no internet.

    I would love to get rid of my house phone but our cell reception is so bad in my area that calls drop when I enter my neighbourhood. @Telus told me years ago when I had a cellphone with them, that this was my problem, which is one reason we switched to @ShawInfo. Rude. (2)

    It’s Battle of Alberta game night & @Shawhelp has inadvertently terminated our TV & Internet services earlier than planned - assuming because of our move? A week without Internet or TV? An experiment where I might measure my BP 4 times a day to see what happens. Up or Down?

    ok @Shawhelp now im really irked. Cancelled my mobile account back in Jan was told id get my deposit back by mail. Fast forward to now. No refund. So i dig up my acct # and go into the store. "we cant help you". why the frick you here then? NEVER AGAIN. #Scammed

    @Shawhelp So what's up with the internet srevice in Beddington Heights?We've had the internet down at least 6-7 times a day the last week and already twice today in the middle of Nascar. Not good :(

    Big shout out to #shawcable for great customer service and prompt installation. After 3+ hours of hold time and total lack of service or response from @TELUS over 3 weeks, @shawinfo had our internet for work up and running in less than 24 hours from first call to job complete.
