@RallyMD @Shawhelp I was mid presentation and had a very busy day. This is not funny. This is income loss and business loss and absolutely unacceptable to take down a whole area unannounced. There is no joke here. This is a massive concern for me and my neighbours.

@Shawhelp The option to "hide" unsubscribed channels on the guide on the Gateway HDPVR is malfunctioning. Tech support has updated, reset, and rebooted remotely (I've done a hard reboot too) many times but the problem persists. Worked fine until recently. Settings are correct!

@shawinfo / @shawhelp not providing service in our area and sticking us with a tab is bad enough (yes we signed a contract but they’re not providing service somewhere), but then phoning and leaving a message saying they have a promo rate at $50 less a month is just sleazy.

@Shawhelp It just says service down for large part of the BC interior and they hope to have it fixed eventually. We'll that's helpful 😌. Could you perhaps expand on that a little? Why? What happened? How did such a large area lose service? And some kind of an ETA?

So @bchydro doesn’t know how to do their jobs and has taken out the @ShawInfo network, costing us all thousands of dollars in lost work. Good times.
