@Shawhelp Really not happy with the Shaw customer service. Even with internet plans on their website, their own representatives can't find it. Unfair treatment to their existing customers by not offering the plan.

.@ShawInfo I am moving Jan 22nd, but you inexplicably processed my move today. I am now being told that it could take up to 3 business days to restore service. That's a week from now. How am I supposed to work from home in the meantime? Unacceptable.

@ChrisLaBossiere @Shawhelp @TELUS It really depends on "what's available" in your area. There's no Telus Fibre Optic where I live, but the "Shaw cable utility box" is on my property. From a customer service perspective, I would have already switched. I'm a captive audience, based on what's available.

@Shawhelp Services seem to be up and running now. A bit concerning as none of the services we pay for were working - no phone, Interner, or cable. And there was no way to confirm as there was zero Shaw customer support available (and zero updates on your website). 1/2

@Shawhelp Everyday my service gets worse. At least once a day I have to unplug my modem and then disconnect it. For the past week or two it is happening twice a day. I have just had to do it again for the third time since noon today. I would call, but that doesn't work either.
