@ShawInfo 2nd day of no internet, and no move from Shaw to get us back up. Actively looking for alternatives - 6-7 days of outage is completely unacceptable for remote workers.

@Shawhelp how can I be called back by you and told I am 1st in the que and have sat waiting on the phone for someone from tech support for 15 mins now ? 🙄 not acceptable. Hpw many techs do you have working? Is my shaw direct box not the only thing broken? 🤔

Another round of @F1 and still issues from our host provider @TSN_Sports where i can’t watch any of the TSN + channels or FP3 cause of an ongoing lack of support for the platform that i pay big $ on a yearly basis for. @shawhelp has time & again told me the issue is on TSN’s end.

After being a client of @Shawhelp for over 15 years, they are unwilling to give me a decent deal for me to remain customer. I would have expected more from @Shawhelp; hey @TELUS have any deals for Shaw clients?

It took me years to get away from Rogers and horrible, skyrocketing service and costs. With the takeover of Shaw here we go again. Canadians pay more than any other country and we have just lost what little competition was left. CRTC waste of money. @ShawInfo @Rogers #OpenMarket
