    @Shawhelp Someone already looked into it and could not fix. They booked a technician to come out in 9 days. Why wouldn’t the person in the phone at Shaw have mentioned this? I’ll DM our info. I am not happy.

    @Shawhelp Full of excuses. Keep getting techs down to say they fixed. Can’t watch recorded shows without network errors. High prices, low commitment. Then they say to DM them so others don’t see the message.

    @Shawhelp Was getting a message saying channel was temporarily unavailable, give us some time to fix it, then it would go to the previous channel. It seems to be ok now. Was able to go back to the begin of Jeopardy, I’m happy now. Thanks for the quick response

    @Shawhelp It should also be noted that the problem is happening on both our TVs and with all four remotes.

    @Shawhelp i spent the last 2 hours resetting and power cycling my modem. the "technical support agent" tells me to keep doing this every 30 minutes. it's 3am.
