    @Shawhelp @maharmallory I’ll save y’all a click. Turn it off then on. If that doesn’t work, turn it off then turn it on. If that doesn’t work, turn it off then turn it on. Don’t bother with support cause they’re just gonna tell you to do that over and over again till they give up. Hope this helps! :)

    @Shawhelp when I told them my problem has been not resolved for 6 months, they said not our problem you have to pay, they don't give a sh, and they don't care about the customer. Don't go with them telus is the best.
