Beware if @Shawhelp @ShawInfo tells you your service call is urgent. It isn't. 10 days to with no internet. Does that sound like there is any urgency? Look somewhere else for a reliable option

Can confirm via @Shawhelp that known issue in our area (lawson) that is being worked on. Same issue happened at 10:15 last night. Hopefully tonight it’s fixed better than last night

another day with no internet from @Shawhelp @ShawInfo. Customer for 20 years and they can't be bothered to come for 10 days to fix it. Do you work from home? How well could you work with no internet for 10 days? Look for another provider so you don't get caught I did. #noservice

@ShawInfo Please choose a different provider than Shaw. No internet for 10 days is unacceptable. There are others out there with better service.

@Shawhelp Shaw broke our contract by not providing service for a long period of time without compensation. Please chose another provider for Internet when making your decision
