    Hi @Shawhelp I have an issue with one box that freezes every day at around 3.30 and I have to unplug it to reset

    @Shawhelp Maybe, but I haven’t been happy since the crossover of Shaw and Rogers merged. Service isn’t as good.

    @Shawhelp At this point, I’m going to look at other providers. Our modem has been one of the worst ones, that I’ve experienced and has become louder.

    @Shawhelp I was just on with an agent and then my iPad crashed and now I can’t get back on to have help with my modem that seems to make a loud buzzing noise like a vibration with a warping like sound. Can you help me instead?

    @yegventures @Shawhelp @RogersHelps I don't watch TV. I wish to cancel this service I am not using. I require this service to be canceled promptly and a registered letter mailed to the address as to the cancellation completion.
