    Honestly if @Shawhelp was more transparent with this whole outage issue people wouldn't be upset. I just want to know if I will need to go to a friend's house with Telus Internet tomorrow for work or if I'm staying home and working. It's not that hard to give somewhat of an eta.

    @ShawInfo have been on wait for “customer success” for about 2 hours now and still haven’t talked to anyone… not feeling very successful at the moment lol.

    @Shawhelp outage in Surrey - you keep saying check the community pages but they haven't been updated for 3 hours. 12+ hours of outage is unacceptable, some of us need the internet to make a living.
