@Shawhelp Having problems in Vancouver with Gateway. Super slow, buggy, channels displaying incorrectly or not at all. Have cycled power and done system refresh, have unscrewed cables. Any known issues in my area?

Awful, absolutely awful experiences with @ShawInfo . Awful and shaming customer service. Was told my account was free and clear and ready to close. Turns out it wasn’t. They sent it to collections without notifying me via email.

@ShawInfo you really need to work on the customer service end of things. Waiting 5 days for a tech is not acceptable when trying to get work done from home.

@Shawhelp finally clued in to the problem with my smart plugs not working.. After whatever update was done to my xb7 modem not allowing me to change WiFi settings they stopped working. Ended up shutting off the 2.4 ghz WiFi radio and running my own AP for 2.4ghz. All works now

@Shawhelp Can it be on your support page? We should be getting credit.

@Shawhelp seems unacceptable these days to wait 5 days for a tech to come out and look at your internet outage. Guess you'll be losing a customer.

@Shawhelp last week or so my cable box has been beyond slow and my internet connection cuts out about 2-3 times ever hour for about 5 minutes at a time. Gotta fix this.

@kel_varn @Shawhelp Oh good to know. Nothing is fixed tho and they just keep pointing me over to chat with tech support... One can only talk to tech support so many times in a week.
