@BrowntoBure @TELUSsupport @Shawhelp I had major customer support issues with Shaw, switched to Telus for 10x the speed, 1/2 the price and no issues. Shaw sent me to collections for $26, 2 days after I paid the bill, within a month of closing the account. They suck sewer pipe.

@ShawInfo I called your support line today hoping to receive some help with my move later this month and was put on hold for over TWO hours before I had to hang up because my battery was about to die... Please advise on how to mitigate this situation as it’s totally unacceptable!

Is our house the only one who's Shaw Cable service sucks? Wow our cable and internet is horrible. Switching to Bell first chance I get. Just never gets resolved with Shaw. Continues to suck @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp it's been a month and u still can't behoove I'm now paying more money for slower service. I would have tweeted sooner but it took forever to load a mobile twitter page on a brand new phone while standing beside my modem. How is that even possible?
