    @ShawInfo a number of tv channels in the south vancouver/fraserview area have been displaying: ref code: S0a00 for a few hours now. outage not listed on shaw website as being one of current areas effected. wondering if its regular maintenance or theres an actual issue.

    @ShawInfo why is it impossible for anyone to fix my work place internet after 20+ service calls, new lines being run, new equipment being installed, and dozens if not hundreds of hours spent working on this issue?

    @ShawInfo terrible company with terrible customer service... How do you not offer service to the basement of a house that has service upstairs for tenants there....so as a tenant in the basement I can't have your service but upstairs can..... Wow that makes sense...

    @Shawhelp My internet speeds have yanked yet again. Why am I getting 3-55mbps when I pay for 500? Multiple chat sessions yield nothing but more tech visits, which fix things for a few days. I’m so fed up with this. Why can’t anyone figure this out and get it sorted? #throttling
