@Shawhelp Already on that -- I'm getting a survey to see who else is having these issues. Your service has been beyond terrible. It goes down between 3pm and 8. Ready to punt it for something reliable.

@Shawhelp Can you get someone to call me regarding this issue? I can dm you my contact number and whatever else you need then.

@Shawhelp did you know your back end team has been “aware” of this modem provisioning issue for over a week? Are they still going to fix this “asap”? I guess it takes at least 6 days of a service outage to admit there’s a problem

@Shawhelp I am looking to get a push message saying "internet is down". I get a push for my bill. why not a push for "service not working". makes sense ya?

@Shawhelp I have spoken to a rep every day around 5pm the last 3 days. I get the same answer. “It’s in the background teams hands and no eta can be provided. Seem like they lack sense of urgency as it effects income and child learning but no resolution can be relayed.

@Shawhelp Wow what do you think? I’ve reached out to your team NUMEROUS times. You guys have a serious problem and you are not getting it fixed. Why can’t you turn my old modem back online??

  • CrossBorderPod
Cross Border Interviews with Chris Brown (@CrossBorderPod) reported

We've been with @ShawInfo for 3 years now, and in the last two and a half month it has become the most unreliable internet we have ever had. We had better service - no outages - in remote northern Alberta. I shouldn't need to hotspot my phone to work. #firstworldissues

@Shawhelp Is there a compensation for customers affected by this outage?

@Shawhelp Thanks Tom. Update page is still vague. Do you have any real information that can maybe save my job? This long of an outage maybe doesn't deserve another generic response. Seems to be a lot of residents feeling this effect.

@Shawhelp my bix won't boot up after a power outage
