Shaw internet has been randomly dropping across St.Albert for a few days now. Shaw website says they are working on a problem. I am hoping this resolves this issue since having my work meetings drop is unacceptable (especially after I just upgraded my plan!) @Shawhelp #yeg #t8n

@jamesheuman @Shawhelp @TELUS is installing their fibre optic lines and cutting Shaw lines all over the place and not fixing them. They’re causing more damage than anything.

@Shawhelp @baddynr 6 hours of no service is kinda not acceptable during these times. People still work on weekends from home and internet being up is kind of important. The downtime almost feels like an appliance has failed and there was no redundant backup solution.
