@Shawhelp I have a question about business internet with Cable + LTE backup. If the internet switches to LTE due to a problem, does it use a different IP address from the regular cable connection or will it have the same static IP address, really need to find the answer to this.

@shawhelp your #Kelowna #OrchardParkMall person knew I was an IT guy (she knew me when I worked for Shaw) and treated me like a 3 year old. I was so appalled by this treatment that we're switching everything to Telus. I've been #Shaw customer for tv internet and phone since 1999

like honestly, @ShawInfo & @Shawhelp - what on earth am I paying $250 per month for? I pay my bills by working from home and using the internet. Will you pay my wages if I lose my job because I always have a poor connection?

@Shawhelp hi, are you able to tell me if there’s anything wrong with my landline? Both handsets have no dial tone and have said “line in use” for 2 days. I’ve reset the modem, unplugged everything and nothing. I assume since there’s no dial tone that’s a Shaw issue?
