    Had @ShawInfo internet installed in August. Wrong cable used for installation + now @Shawhelp won't refund for their error! So much for being a loyal customer! #poorcustomerservice @TELUS looking better all the time

    @ShawInfo very unreliable internet can't get cisco or Arris to work with your network and is out 🙄 @sasktel will be a better option

    @Shawhelp Have you guys been hushed up by corporate headquarters or something? It's been an ongoing problem for me and others all season AND just 3 or 4 weeks when a game ended the simsub release killed _every channel_ in many parts of western Canada. "If I've been having....." LOL.

    @Shawhelp Service outages and scheduled maintenance happen from time to time. We're currently experiencing a disruption in service in From Michipicoten to Wawa. Some customers located between Michipicoten to Wawa are experiencing an interruption to Internet, Television and Home Phone

    Youd think @shawinfo would be better at insuring that their employees are properly trained. I gave him many opportunities to come clean and be honest. He is a liar, I am sick of it. I know him from many phone calls, he is not a good person to help me and no one will because of it

    @shawinfo I called about my modem being set up wrong and when I called your support tech told me lies and I know they are lies and refused to help me. I owe you nothing I want you to make that collections agency stop calling me he yelled at me about it being a business account FU

    .Thankfully @shawinfo has seemingly sent a credit invoice. I still would have liked not losing a feature like remote admin through calling @shawhelp. I know that I would not like support agents on a phone using words to take services and support offered on my account away from it
