@Shawhelp hello, my internet has a noise issue which means you guys shut off internet for my whole building. The closest appointment was 10 days away. Which means me and anyone with Shaw internet will be without internet for 10days. I need it for work. This is ridiculous.

@Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Telus contracts their help overseas. Not hating on international people but it’s their way of saving money instead of paying local wages. It also makes it a pain when you’re trying to reference something locally and they pretend they know what you’re referring to.

@Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Never had a problem with Telus...been using them for years. Had Shaw when I first moved into my current suite, but it was so bad I switched to Telus & landlords did right after. I would never go back.

@ShawInfo Shaw internet is probably the worst thing happened to Canada. Worst customer service! Been with them 5+ years but so closed to moving to @bellcanada Keep getting internet interruptions while working from home. @Shawhelp you guys suck!

@Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Have had horrible experiences with all of them… totally depends who you get. Very frustrating. You just go around being transferred from one incompetent to next and then when you think your problem is solved you get your bill and nothing was resolved. Who do we complain to?
