    I gave up. It went from downloading 3.5 G in 15 minutes to 3 hours. Also switched from the 5G network to an older one. Both are 4 feet from the computer. I can’t tell if it is a @Shawhelp problem or an @Apple one. I have too much work to do to piss around with this BS

    For the first time in ages, someone assumed my partner was a woman in conversation. Wasn't expecting it to be a customer service agent from @Shawhelp when I was looking at Shaw Mobile, but here we are.

    @Shawhelp I have a question about moving, can/should I continue my service (bring hardware with me?) or should I order a new package online and set it up myself at the new address? Is there a greater benefit to either?

    @ShawInfo I got the 300mbps and I can’t even pass 100. The GIG package would give maybe 300mbps.. QUIT THROTTLING MY DAMN INTERNET CONNECTION
