    @Shawhelp Called today when my Internet and TV were out. Told that nothing can be done till tomorrow morning because it’s not a big enough problem. Told to figure it out until then. What do I do when I have to be online at 9 am.

    @Shawhelp I had a problem with my new PVR, contacted Shaw, got great help. Agent arranged for a tech to visit on Tuesday between 1:00 and 3:00, but the problem seems to have been resolved remotely, and I want to cancel the appointment. Please advise; I'm in Victoria, BC.

    @laZybuddhagami1 @ShawInfo doubled our internet speed and can't even pass 1mb/s downlaod speed. **** shaw and everything they stand for. don't DM them. they'll do **** all
