    @SKRollins @Shawhelp I have been having exactly the same problem @Shawhelp is there a solution? I have tried clearing cache, different browsers, etc. Works fine on iPad but not on Windows. Help !!

    @ShelleyACook @ShawInfo Give them a call/message. They can tell if your service is bad even from outside the house. We had a tech out a few months ago that determined our buried cable was failing and it improved considerably when they ran a temp cable.

    Interesting, when I phone and complain about my internet speed to @Shawhelp it suddenly starts running faster . Strange how I pay for service " up to " 600mbps but yet my internet speed never reaches this 🤔 #shaw #bluecurve

    @Shawhelp Hi. Me again. Lol. So same thing as yesterday. Internet is out. Power cycled and reset modem. Default network on bottom shows up and password works but says no internet connection. Next steps? Thanks.
