    @Shawhelp so setting up the new internet and cable boxes, internet set up no issues. Cable boxes have not been able to bring the tv in for the last hour. Asks to reboot/reset each time. Even tried unplugging and nothing. Suggestions?

    @Shawhelp so what compensation are you offering your Beltline customers? An outage for almost 13 hours is absolutely ridiculous.

    @Shawhelp really crappy that you didn't bother to tell @TekSavvyCSR as soon as you knew Fort Mac was out. After time wasted on the phone troubleshooting you finally let them know why internet is down so they could tell customers. Still down with no ETA. Over 12 hours.
