    @Shawhelp it appears if your customers have to work to pay their cable bills they are stuck with issues in that service they are paying for #nowaytotreatacustomer

    @Shawhelp I just need to know where to send the modem. Or if I can drop it off at a Shaw store in the mall. I've had Shaw internet for ~20 years and have not been let down like this before.

    @Shawhelp got a solution for these garbage hitron modems? Can't maintain a network connection at all... Same problems as years ago - the reason I left shaw. Why are you still using this junk?

    Pretty crappy tactics by the @ShawInfo sales team to call me to upgrade my Internet service but not mention that I already had a cheaper offer sitting in my inbox. Presumably that's why he was so keen for me to plug in my new modem as soon as it arrives.
