    @Shawhelp I am a very unhappy customer. Spent one hour on the chat line waiting for customer service agent. Then he said he couldn’t help me and a phone. When I called and got through to someone, the lady was lovely. Transferred me to customer service and it was closed.

    Trying to activate my @AppleTV from @Shawhelp has been worse than getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out at the same time. How can nobody can apparently help?!
