@Shawhelp I tried turning it on and off again for the past hour before realizing your services are completely down in my area (Nanaimo/Gulf Islands). Any ETA on when they will be back up and running again? Are they waiting on BC hydro to fix something power wise or??

Dear @Shawhelp and @TELUSsupport from Gabriola. Let's clarify. It's the WHOLE island with no phone and internet service. Not some. You've had practice dragging a line over by helicopter 5 years ago. Probably work again. Thanks.

@meier_j @ShawBusiness @Shawhelp I am having the same issue. 2 month later and 3 routers and total rewiring and the finally said it might be their systems. They are going to look into it. You could have done that 2 month ago not to mention during the 7 calls with tech support
