    @Shawhelp Myself and two other people (all with university educations) were unable to figure out how to install it, and now I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving. Come fix this immediately or I’m going back to @TELUS.

    @ltritsch1 @Shawhelp Apparently Shaw did NOT use the last 8 days since the last outage to develop a contingency plan. What a wonderful example of a unprepared, disconnected company.

    @Shawhelp How does the white rock fire effect this region and not osoyoos? We were without service for over 5 days from the fire near osoyoos- leading me to believe the fibre line must originate from there. How is white rock involved?

    @Shawhelp I moved to somewhere you guys don't service so I got a $100 early cancellation fee. Seriously? If you had service here I would still be with you, this is ridiculous.

    A friend pointed out that @ShawInfo is doing maintenance/upgrade work on their infrastructure. What do you think the chances are the issue was on their end, not mine?

    I was all set up switch from @ShawInfo to @TELUS internet when Shaw swoops in w a last minute offer that I simply could not refuse. I call Telus to see if they'll beat it. Telus says since I'm a new internet customer they can't, but (2/x)
