    @Shawhelp Well I guess your app guys heard everybody yelling at them. They just released another update - and this one works. But #getitrightthe1sttime and save yourself trouble.

    @Shawhelp is there an outage in Strathmore, AB for Rogers / Shaw internet service? What is the estimated time for a fix? Your outage map says no problems.

    @Shawhelp We ended up setting up email forwarding, but I don't know if everything is forwarded. It's terrible because I am already using an E-sim so I changed all my 2 factor authentication to email...and well now my email is up in the air. Also it's only incoming that's blocked.

    @Shawhelp We did it all. It turned out Shaw hadn't properly registered the devices. 2 hours spent on the 'easy swap out' new modem (1 hr w tech support). Worse problems with the TV swapout, still unresolved. 1 hr trying everything, 1 hr waiting for tech support, 1 hour w it. New box needed

    @Shawhelp It took a few minutes to get back. I checked the HDMI connection, the WiFi signal which was fine & turned the TV off & on again

    @Shawhelp Why is it always a struggle to connect to Tubi? Yes, I have unplugged and restarted my box multiple times and it rarely connects. I’m paying for the service I expected it to work. If not, I expect a discount on my bill this month because this is ridiculous.

    Well, it’s Sunday afternoon and @Rogers and @Shawhelp never came through with a better plan, so it appears that my services will be discontinued tomorrow after making some calls to Costco’s internet, Teck savvy, Bell & Telus. If anyone has any suggestions on providers, send em.
