    Shaw internet and cable in my part of NW Calgary just came back on after a 17 hour outage - way too long an outage @ShawInfo! And the first thing we saw on our tv as it came back was an ad from Shaw about reliable service- kind of galling!

    @Shawhelp I want to pay my cable bill, but I haven't been able to view my profile and billing information all morning - "Sorry, something went wrong". Your Service Updates & Outage page doesn't indicate this service is unavailable.

    @Shawhelp I subscribe to crave through you, but when I try to login to the app via my provider, you, I'm getting error message saying there's trouble connecting with my provider during the sign in. But if I go to your page I sign in to my account just fine. Can you help?
