@Shawhelp don’t ever sign on with this company. They are a bunch of liars that will lie to get a sale, pressure you on to sign up and then when you do. You don’t get what you were promised and they don’t fix it instead they will charge you extra to fix their lies. #worserviceever

@Shawhelp so is there an intermittent connectivity problem happening since Monday night? Keep getting disconnected and then it starts working again quickly. I got a new modem today so it should not be that.

It has been a full business day since @Shawhelp stated that they were attempting to fix the internet outage in the Red Deer/Olds area. We recieved one update at ******* NOON and have not heard anything since. We, as in those affected by this outage, had best recieve compenaation

My internet has been out all day and there is no sign of it coming back soon. @Shawhelp why have we not gotten any updates about the outage in the Red Deer/ Olds area.

Also I switched to @ShawInfo less than a month ago and my wifi cuts out AT LEAST once a day and needs to be restarted. I was with Telus before this since 2015 and never once did my wifi cut out so going back to them ASAP my Gpa can’t tolerate this lmfao
