@Shawhelp .. I should be able to see my terms without waiting on hold for 4 or 5 hours(literally what I had to do get the contract made in the first place).. I want to know if I can cancel and go somewhere else(with better customer service)

@Shawhelp seems to be an internet outage in West Port Moody but Shaw isn't showing any maintenance. Is it an issue that will be resolved soon?

@macrae_donnie @Shawhelp Having issues in Burnaby as well. Box keeps going down. Is the system down at your end @Shawhelp? Keeps saying wires are loose but double-checked everything and all is good.

@Shawhelp after 6 weeks of nonstop issues with my cable. Multiple chats with chat. Countless rebooting of my cable box. A service visit which resolved nothing. I finally decided to cancel shaw. Agent asked me to give them one more chance and booked another service visit.

@ShawInfo Shout out to Shaw. Yesterday my TV had no sound. I went onto the Shaw app and dealt with a very nice young man but he couldn’t solve my problem. This morning at 8:15 AM I had a technician at my door who fixed the problem. Now that is customer service! Thank you Shaw!
