@Shawhelp Great, i have to wait until the 18th for service i have to pay for that has broken the same way outside of my residence 3 years in a row. Some of us have to work from home? Do you cover lost wages for not fixing a recurring problem? 5 times the exact same issue in 3 years?

  • stang8869 James Aspinall (@stang8869) reported

@Shawhelp I've done everything that I've been told the last 5 times. I can't fix your equipment that isn't on my property. I've been messaged and told to go to the CBC Consumer Watchdog because of the duration and severity of the issue. Good idea.

@BAskari247 @Shawhelp Outage page isn't a lot of use. Why can't we report the outages direct without waiting an hour for chat or phone

Does anyone else have problems with their Shaw/Telus internet in Canada? It seems to cut out ALL the time and is super slow at times even though I pay for highest speed. Started in early 2020. Friggin ANNOYING. Worst internet providers ever. @ShawInfo @Shawhelp @TELUSsupport

@Shawhelp What’s the point of a DM if you don’t respond? I did last night at 8:30 because I didn’t have internet or cable. I didn’t hear a word until this morning telling me there are no outages. Well there was an outage and it came back at about 10:30 PM. Your service is ridiculous

@Shawhelp Thanks but strata so no dishes. Already sent a note to Global TV consumer reporter on this. If you cant provide service, you should not charge contract cancellation fees..

  • stang8869 James Aspinall (@stang8869) reported

@Shawhelp The lack of accountability to not fix a 3 year issue is horrible. Id like to have the contact information of someone in charge of customer service please.

@ShawInfo 👈WTF is up with service on Vancouver Island?!?? It’s now 3:12 am and service has been interrupted since 10 pm last night!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

  • ChadShep Chad (@ChadShep) reported

The good news, @Shawhelp has been pretty good lately. The bad news, not for the last @EdmontonOilers game of the regular season. Glitchville!!!Hopefully does not happen in the playoffs.🙏🏻🤞🏻#LetsGoOilers

  • Eddie_C_1973 Eddie C (@Eddie_C_1973) reported

@Shawhelp for a few days the audio has been cutting out & video pixelates while watching TV. This was supposed to be fixed a while back? If we're not receiving 100% service, we shouldn't be paying 100% of the bill.
