    @Shawhelp having internet issues for the past week. In and out. Rebooted modem put in a new router. It’s still in and out. Tv works fine

    @ShawInfo you are the worst! Your “maintenance” yesterday night bricked my modem! No fix, no replacement until “maybe” next week. No internet means, I can’t do my work and I’m mandated to work from home! You keep raising your prices for shitty service. You suck! #shawsucks

    @ShawInfo Now one is supposedly calling me back at 4:00 to tell me oh well. Shaw’s customer service sucks. Their policies suck. #shawinfosucks I honestly hope that another company comes in and takes their monopoly away. Will be canceling, cable , phone and internet today.
