Clearly, the chat line is understaffed, since this was a simple “update me on an escalated support case” and text replies are averaging one every 10 minutes. Also—spoiler alert—my escalated case was closed (that took over 1 hour)

Cyn (@Cyn38959631) reported@Shawhelp Except you're not leading anymore. FO has a much higher development ceiling and you cap upload speeds. So let's do the math. Same down, faster up, half the cost, and a desire to do better for YOUR 10 yr+ customers than you? This is "doing your best"?
