@Shawhelp You may not have control, but I PAY @ShawInfo for the service. Not them. Please credit my account accordingly.

@bee2216 @TELUS @ShawInfo I was shocked when I discovered I was paying that much more for the same package. Discovering that definitely pushed me more towards Shaw. But I've heard some things about Shaws service so I thought I'd do a poll & see who wins in the services dept before deciding lol.

@BCKenzee @TELUS @ShawInfo Wow, that's a lot, it all adds up in the end. I'm not sure about Shaw service, Telus just doesn't play fair, Telus is not so great anymore, they went down hill, Must be the Telus Babylon they focus on, it sure isn't what we pay for.

@BCKenzee @TELUS @ShawInfo Been with Telus 12 yrs, can't get Fibre Optic in my area, they are on the old system of copper. They charge me for Fibre Optic when I can't get the service, they have to actually install under ground. I can't get the speed they offer,Just not possible.I'm going with Shaw in Jan.

@Shawhelp @RealFakeDiesel Rogers would be lit up on Twitter if it was a TSN issue. Crickets over there. It’s your own head end.

@Shawhelp @MusashiGauss Are you sure Shaw is doing everything they can? The outage not acknowledged until 5 hours after it began, the updates have been sporadic and repeat that 'technicians are onsite' (how is it an update if they were onsite before?), and after 27 hours there is still no ETA

@Shawhelp @CalgaryShane Thats the same language they used in outages affecting other communities yesterday. Precanned and probably an excuse for short staffing. Two day outage in this day and age? really?

@Shawhelp At least log this as an error/bug internally and have management work with your broadcast partners to get this fixed. It's a complete trash product to have a 4K sports channel that ends at an hour turn when the game could be going late, going into OT, weather/incident delay, etc.

@Shawhelp I do believe it, but I don't understand the update. They 'did' work through the night, or they 'will' work through the night because they know service will be out overnight? My point on this thread is that the update is useful when it's informative. Is there an ETA?
