    @Shawhelp Called today when my Internet and TV were out. Told that nothing can be done till tomorrow morning because it’s not a big enough problem. Told to figure it out until then. What do I do when I have to be online at 9 am.

    @Shawhelp we have had internet throughput / connectivity issues for at least 3 days now. We live in West End. Just called help line but auto response talks about issue in our area being worked on, so we hung up. Do you know if “area issue” has been going on for days as well?

    @Shawhelp Was upsold a new modem & Bluecurve recently. Returned old equipment. Received email stating old equipment was received. Now getting charged $100 for unreturned equipment & 20 mins later, your support person on the phone has no idea how to fix this.

    Yo @Shawhelp can I take a technical aptitude test that would allow me to talk directly to your NOC or provisioners whenever I have an issue? I am quite tired at having to explain to your tier 1 phone support my issue like I am talking to a layman.
