@ShawInfo not happy with your customer service. My client has been trying to get new service installed and was given a 2hr window. I left my phone # on the door to call me when he arrived so I could let him in but instead he left a “sorry I missed you” card and left. Not cool👎🏻

Hello @Shawhelp @ShawInfo, once again I was not given the $5 special promotion for my mobile service and once again I will have to call 611 to fix it. What is the point of preemptively offering me a discount if your system can't apply it automatically?

@Shawhelp Nope! Spent a long time on the phone with a customer service person - we got the "News Package" and had to pay extra for CBC News Network. No confusion. Clear as a bell. $4/month. Complained til they credited the amount, but still forced to have Faux News.
