@Shawhelp I really don't care that it's industry standard. It's very substandard. If you want the equipment shipped by the customer, then there should never be a charge against the customer. Ever. It's not the customer's responsibility. It's yours. So act like it.

@CDAinsworth @ShawInfo @TELUS Telus is way better than Shaw. It took 4 years for us to get Telus at our house. I will never go back if I don’t have to.

@ShawInfo Why can't I email your "customer service" instead of phoning?

@FreedomMobile Just the worst company to deal with. Their parent /sister company, #ShawMobile, is just as sleazy. If your #cellphone account is with either run to damn near any other #mobility carrier. Like dealing with the worst used car salesmen ever. @ShawInfo

Why do so many companies put the onus on the customer to do a job that is the company's responsibility. I went over to the local @ShawInfo location in Mayfair with equipment that needed to be returned. Nope... can't do that. You have to box it and send it to Edmonton. What?? 1/2

@DevonTarrant @ShawInfo If you're pissed now, just wait until you have to deal with Telus support...

@Shawhelp The second that a customer is told that they cannot give Shaw the equipment, that it must be shipped back, the customer service rep should say, "Don't worry, there will never be a charge against you. Returning equipment is based on good faith, but you will never ever be charged."

Hey @ShawInfo you want me to sign up for yr new fibre internet but won’t replace the ancient cracked cable coming into my unit. It’s slow and every time the weather changes my internet craps out. I wonder if @TELUSsupport would help me out if I jumped ship 🤔 they have fiber too

Well, after 20+ years as a @ShawInfo customer, looks like it may be time for a change. Over 30% more to keep my same package... Time to call @TELUS I think. Anybody switch recently? Pros v cons?

@DevonTarrant @ShawInfo No idea. Telus is Original True Fibre. I'm old Telus Employee, IT/ Biz Unit. Service is what you need 2022 not Tech. Upgrading is Key. Modems Tech assts, Telus delivers. They have coders who change with the Future. . Always: Options, but you choose. No Huawei. Never, ever.
