  • VancouverMuggle K.C. (@VancouverMuggle) reported

@ShawInfo Been a loyal customer for decades and Shaw doesn't even care about it. People, Iif you find a better internet rate elsewhere, take it. Loyalty doesn't mean anything to @ShawInfo

  • MoZone91 Mo Zone (@MoZone91) reported

@Shawhelp Just want answers. Trying to live stream and make a living with the connection issues im having is absolutely atrocious.

  • sarahconnorjohn Sarah (@sarahconnorjohn) reported

@Shawhelp I apologize - I was rude. I’ll try the online chat tomorrow. It’s just that over $400 has been charged for services I don’t have and it’s probably a system glitch that needs a human to fix it. I’ll keep you posted. Thank you.

  • mhordaan therealmhordaan (@mhordaan) reported

@Shawhelp I advise everyone to check their own bills thoroughly, I literally caught Shaw trying to steal from me. At this point I will also be lodging a complaint with the BBB and the CRTC to investigate these predatory actions, I caught you, I'd hate to see who didn't. @cbcfifth

  • Krishodgson04 Kris Hodgson (@Krishodgson04) reported

@Shawhelp any reports of issues by Pembina and Mcgillvary in Winnipeg? Office internet is down at 1280 Pembina Hwy. Rebooting firewall and modem didn’t work. Thanks!

  • mhordaan therealmhordaan (@mhordaan) reported

@sarahconnorjohn @Shawhelp @cbcfifth Shaw bot to an agent or phone if I have to, there are a few different numbers to try on the site but the bot usually gets you through to the dept pretty quickly. Worst case you can make the agent supply you with info on your acct to help you too

  • Jess_Lynch Plant Based Bitch Ⓥ (@Jess_Lynch) reported

@Shawhelp is probably the worst company out there. Literally in the middle of a pandemic and absolutly 0 support for your customers. We should have switched a long time ago. Companies are really showing what really matters to them right now.

  • sarahconnorjohn Sarah (@sarahconnorjohn) reported

@mhordaan @Shawhelp @cbcfifth Agreed. I’m being charged for services I never signed up for. Can’t connect to an agent for two weeks.

@Shawhelp please don't ******* make us pay 250$ for your best internet per month if half the time the ******* **** doesn't work lol, you guys are the worst company I've been with since Telus in 2011 when they were at their worse, keep in mind it's 2020 now lol...
