@Shawhelp @thyzoburt So you’re telling people it’s still a ‘hydro related problem’; does that mean your techs aren’t able to work on it yet? Hydro says weeks or months to return power to fire destroyed site. If it’s still a hydro related problem your time frame makes no sense.

@ShawInfo your customer service people and technical support system are terrible. You really need to train them better and allow them to use common sense instead of relying on a playbook.

@riarenouf @NEWS1130 @Shawhelp Oh yeah sure, any excuse so it's not on their shoulders. Shaw is a joke. they are all pathetic examples of offer customers service and it will get worst once Roger's takes them over. We need more competition in this country forcing them to UP their game. CRTC wake up!

@Shawhelp @langleyjwr The power outage in that area started at 9pm (from the fire) last night, and your service went down at 7am today, not exactly in alignment. Only 148 customers affected by power, seems like far more by this, and the updates do not tell us when we can expect service restored

@Shawhelp Ok but I’m not in West St. Paul I’m in St. Boniface? That same problem is spread all the way out here? If so you need to widen your affected area. Cuz West St Paul is a long way off of St. Boniface boarding on St. Vital!

@JoyChoquette @Shawhelp No. They have resolved nothing unfortunately Joy and they really don't care about their customers at all. I've called several times. No one can/will help and I may change providers now
