    Hi @Shawhelp! I know you were doing updates a while ago so chalked up my internet and TV issues to that. But it's still happening to thought I'd check to see if you recommend an upgrade in my modem and if so, what sort of deals you have for a loyal customer. Thanks in advance!

    @kevinlovestech @Kristinnuendo @Shawhelp Our place, they had unwired a ceiling light and taped the wires, but left the bulbs in it. Took me about 2 hours to figure out wtf was going on.

    @Kristinnuendo @Shawhelp Yeah, they've done that to me as well. Gotta dedicate a day to stuff like this it seems. Doesn't help they've laid off techs instead of hiring more.

    Not sure if we'll have a stream tonight or not. Internet has been up and down most of the day. 🙁 I've been on the phone with my ISP for the last few hours. If @Shawhelp would bury the exposed temp-line, this wouldn't happen... @ShawInfo

    Ok @Shawhelp , what is going on with internet speeds? I am capping out at 20% of the advertised bandwidth. And I have heard others are having this issue too.

    @ShawInfo So... I updated to Fibre+ 300 and the XB6 modem arrived and it's terrible (fan noise and smells), now I want to go back to what I had before (within 3 days cancellation) and your rude customer service is telling me I can't? Seriously?!?!
