Ugh @Shawhelp our phones & internet are down…. Again….Please don’t tell me to call you. The amount of business I lose because you are so inconsistent & with no reimbursement. Beyond frustrating. Will definitely be switching to @TELUS as you can’t provide the contracted service

@Shawhelp Why DM let's talk here so world will know. It's a porting issue (shaw land line to shaw mobile services). You guys said that 2, 3 business days and it's already 7 business days.

@Shawhelp On Wednesday 11th may your Edmonton southgate location guy said it will be done by Monday 16th, than I got a text on may13 or 14 that some issue, when I called 611 on Monday 16 the lady said she is resubmitting and it will be done by Wednesday 18th, today is Thursday 19th and
