@TopazAhmed @Shawhelp That is ture they didn’t even grandfathered me all they want is 231 or 246 to keep me even though I pay 175 so what’s the point if they aren’t willing to lower it better switching to @TELUSsupport you just lost a customer Shaw

@Shawhelp Nothing ever works with your trouble shooting. Unplugging/resetting/disconnecting every cable imaginable. Nothing ever works. Can’t wait til our contract is done.

@Shawhelp Would be a better Sunday is my tv Was not going offline constantly during a basketball game @ShawInfo. This happens repeatedly but never happened with our last provider.

@Shawhelp So @ShawInfo after leaving my parents unable to communicate for 2 weeks during full lockdown you refuse to release their 40+year old phone number without charging them more money? What a garbage company... Can't wait to see how much worse it gets when you become Rogers.
