    @chx @nick_thompson @Shawhelp When I verbally agreed to a 2 year contract this month, the sales guy checked my modem and said I’d be good for 750/100. After agreeing to the deal, I only got 750/25. Called him back, he said “oops, looks like there’s an issue in your area and gave a $25 credit. It’s a joke.

    @Shawhelp why doesn’t The #Shaw cable package have the HD version of the NFL Network channel? It is really quite ridiculous

    @Shawhelp My internet is still down in Vancouver near Hastings park….since last night at 6pm. Online says it’s been resolved…but it clearly hasn’t as I still have no WiFi or cable. Please fix this.

    @Shawhelp, the signal for most channels in North Vancouver is pretty bad. Some satelitte channels (eg CNN, Knowledge) ok but locals & Seattle unwatchable. Picture & sound breaking up. Happens periodically but worse today. Shaw used to be rock solid. What's up?

    @Shawhelp Kelowna, Ellison area by Airport. For the last few days, CNN on Bluecurve TV (254) has been all garbled. All other channels are fine. Just me, or anyone else having problems?
